Fresno Hock Shoppe

I have came to this pawn shop before and it was ok but I never liked the attitude of the employees because I've seen them come off VERY rude at other customers and me but I try to just ignore it. I lost some items after the due date but before the due date I called in and explained ill be there to pay it just a little late because i still want my item so I thought if i explained I just had gotten into a bad accident where I fractured my skull and broke my hand so I couldn't work to get the money right away and I couldn't even get out of bed that they'll take it into consideration and understand my hardship but unfortunately they showed no remorse and was just laughing about the whole thing speaking as if they didnt care whatsoever about my hardship. I was 1 day late past the grace period and they made a huge deal about it now saying it's gone after 2 days. You think a decent human being considering the circumstances and knowing that's my lively hood in there and being a regular customer that would make somewhat of a difference to work with me to get my equipment back but no I was just laughed at and surrounded by the employees yelling about how my stuff is long gone now. I had like new stuff in that pawn shop that they didnt give me much for to loan but made easy quick cash for as soon as they had that chance too. Vultures.

If you bring in an item here to sell theres a 99% chance they wont take it. Literally brought them everything they listed on their site but yet they werent interested in any of it.

I went in earlier in the month and had some things to sell the owner gave me a price that I was happy with. Once they renewed their FFL I went in and they gave me a much lower price. Only stuff I've seen them buy were stuff that looked stolen.

Bad attitude and even worst costumer service. I Will never go there again
