Placed orders for textbooks and a hoodie, the orders were “pending” for over two weeks. So I called and spoke to someone to cancel textbook orders because my classes had already begun.
They did not correctly cancel textbook order, I received textbook three weeks after my class started. Was charged $160. And hoodie order was canceled (not by me) because they don’t even have it in stock.
