They messed up the tuxedos for my wedding day. They act like they know what they are doing but do not. I let them know, and they lied that they were waiting outside the church to fix it for an hour. If so, why not go inside and give the correct things to the wedding party? They never called me, either. I asked them to refund some of the money to the people who did not get the right tuxedo, and they said yes, but they have yet to do so. Also, the manager lady acts like she is always upset and has horrible customer service.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything fit perfect and the return process was a breeze. Definitely would recommend this location to friends and family

This is my second time in two days coming to this location with long wait times. If you know it’s a busy season, HIRE MORE STAFF! It’s not ok to walk into a place that’s already small and it’s standing room only. The wait time last night was over an hour. I just wanted to do a simple pick up. And the parking lot can only house 11 cars and one spot is handicap! Not ok. And today there are several people in the store and only one clerk! Why?

My second time coming to Friar Tux and it's as good as the first time if not better. The quality of the tuxedos are top notch. I love how the La Mesa location is small but all suits available are top quality so you don't waste your time looking around. I would have to say the best part of renting a suit at Friar Tux La Mesa was working with Conner. From the moment we walked in he treated us like royalty. He listened to our needs and gave us multiple recommendations. He was very nice and has a great attitude. He represents Friar Tux with the highest level of professionalism. The tux itself was better than I expected. I felt and looked great. I would definitely recommend Friar Tux La Mesa to everyone.

My son decided to go to prom like 2 weeks before event. I was concern we were late into getting a tux. Although the store was extremely busy I was amazed by how the staff was managing such high demand situation. My son looked so handsome! Thank you to all staff members for making this process stress free.

The manager (female) who took care of me was Fantastic! I had just went to a different tuxedo rental place before coming here and the difference in service was not even close! Professional and totally understanding of my needs and completely knowledgeable of everything was just outstanding! I will not even think of ever going to another place again. Conner is a fantastic employee! He helped my husband and his groomsmen out in sizing. Even took the time outside of his work hours to answer my questions as we got closer to the wedding.
