I was on my way to my appointment for a fitting. There was a bad accident on the freeway and I was stuck in traffic so I called to let them know I'd be late. They close at 5 and I got there at 4: 55, and they wouldn't take me saying I had to be there by 4: 50. I drove over an hour just to get nothing done.

Don't trust them. Requested a pick up at this location but sent it to the Northridge location after specially requesting the suits be sent to this location.

You guys were super helpful and amazing. I came from out of state and helped me and my brother out a ton. I would use you for my future wedding.

And then when we got there, a lady named Lillian was super helpful for my son as this was for him to get a tuxedo rental for his prom. All new stuff for him. She showed him all the different colors and patterns that go together on the tuxedo so he could see what would look good and what wouldn't. That really helps when you know nothing about tuxedo styles! Lillian was the most helpful person so we were super grateful! I would never rent a tuxedo anywhere except Friar Tux. Great service, good prices, helpful people! What more could you ask for?
