When we first decided to use Stitch & Tie for our wedding, I was a little hesitant as I’ve never rented a tux online. I’ve been in other weddings, but we always went in person to Men’s Warehouse to get fitted and actually rent the tux there. I love that the process with Stitch & Tie is easy to do online. I did end up going to get my measurements in person since most places here in KC do measurements for free. From there I input my measurements for Stitch & Tie and I was good to go. I love that you get the tux in advance with enough time to try on and then get new items delivered to you, which I had to do, if the original items you received don’t fit to your liking. I totally will be sharing Stitch & Tie with anyone I know that’s getting married! I loved my tux and wish I could’ve kept it, but at least I have pictures in it haha. Thank you Stitch & Tie for making our wedding even more memorable! We had so many compliments!

Gabby was incredibly accommodating and helped me ensure I had the perfect suit ordered for my friend’s wedding.

Our experience was almost comically bad. Thought we were being punk'd at first. The woman "helping" us could not have been more unhelpful and rude if she tried. We were the only group in the store, she made us wait over 20 mins (we had an appt). Ok, that's fine we started looking at styles. We booked a fitting, but she said they didn't have any suits we could try on. "let me know what you want and we'll order it from the warehouse. " 3 of us came from out of town. "Well even if you don't have the exact styles in stock here, can we just get fitted? " "no.you'll have to book another appointment and we're booked 2 weeks out. " Again, we're the only people in the store. "ok, would another store have suits we can try on? " "No. No other store will let you, you need to book another appt.with us. " One phone call later to the other Friar Tux down the street and they fit us in without an appt.and could not have been more pleasant and accommodating to get our fitting done. I'll spare listing out all her rude comments and her name - I get people have bad days, but jesus christ.

Responsive service, easy return instructions, affordable pricing, and my suit was a great fit!

Customer service was awesome — especially when a new groomsman needed be to added & a suit in hand within 2 weeks (a bit less) of the wedding!

They were also quite knowledgeable & experienced when my jacket didn’t fit as expected.

Stephany was able to take my explanation and: size down my jacket, taper the waist to fit more modern & shorten my vest to have show with my jacket.

She saved the day, replacement arrived fast & fit like a glove. Groomsmen & I received many compliments:)

Firstly I like the simplicity of the website and how easy it is to navigate around it. For an order that was completely online …. The customer service was great and they went above and beyond. When I saw and opened the box. … the presentation was on point from the start it came with everything you could need along with the papers to ship the tux back. They also had really good recommendations as far as sizing and how things would fit. I’m not sure when the next time I’ll need a tux but … if I do I’d prefer to rent from this place.

Their suits are beautiful and the staff is both quick to respond to questions and very receptive to clients' needs.

So very pleased with the customer service and attention to detail. My out of town grooms man’s measurements didn’t quite match at pick up, so Cody took the time to size him up to make sure everything from shirt to shoes were comfortable for him.
The friendly and professional staff makes me look forward to going back for all my suit needs.

Had a really great experience renting a suit. I flew in from Texas for wedding photos and lost my suit on the plane. Anthony was awesome and very helpful in finding a good suit rental just in time for the photos. Can’t say enough great things about Anthony’s professionalism and knowledge. Really helped reduce the stress of a hectic trip.

Top tier customer service thru the whole process, one phone call made everything so easy. Everyone said I looked amazing on my wedding day and they were even able to get a suit for my best woman and she looked stunning, all my groomsmen were very dapper and the pictures came out magazine worthy. Would Deffs recommend.

Absolutely incredible team. Friendly to work with, and clearly knowledgeable. The suit that I got for like a glove, which is saying something since I am shorter, with a small waist, and large arms, neck, and legs. I never had to send it back for an alteration, and it arrived without wrinkle and exactly like I wanted it.

Can't always trust reviews but just let me say you can trust me. I was working on the Oscars. We needed about 20 tuxes 12 of them to fit women. Friar Tux was a huge help and a relief for me.
