This is the second time I have rented a tuxedo. All you have to do is pick a color they do the rest pick up a couple days later. Tuxedo look good felt good in it.

I came here to rent a suit for my nephew, the ring bearer for my wedding. Upon pick up I had my nephew try on his suit. His pants were 5 inches too long despite being measured at our first visit. The pants were sent back to the warehouse to be revised. Upon our second attempt for pick up his pants were still an inch too long despite being measured by 2 separate people the previous visit. This is not what you want to deal with 3 days prior to your wedding. Very dissatisfied with their lack of attention to detail and inability to complete a simple task.

These guys were professional right from the start. We had a quinceanera and all of the Tuxedos looked sharp and expensive but the price was very affordable. They will also help us with our son’s future wedding. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Great service! Definitely 10 out of 10 their team made it fun and they're knowledgeable and super helpful. We had a bad experience at a different company where we felt rushed and pretty much just wanted us out of there and make a sale. However Friar Tux did not make us feel that way at all. They were patient, nice and friendly. Their service is what really sold me on wanting to rent with them.

Very friendly customer service skills was on point. The 2 ladies who help with the initial measurements and the gal who did the final fitting the next day were great! I wish I would have taken their names down. Last minute we decided to go with the slim fit jacket. That night my son looked sharp! Thanks Friar Tux!

Bad experience, told me to return my tux on Easter Sunday or else I would be charged, drive an hour to return it away from my family and they were closed, had to drive home and return the next day an hours drive again. 4 hours of my time wasted because of their ignorance. Tried to call the day of return and no one answered. Complained to corporate and didn't get an answer. Tux sucked too, way too expensive. My brother bought one for around the same price that they were renting one.

I appreciate great customer services and that is one thing that was never missed at Friar Tux. I will definitely be coming here again.
