If you are looking to be treated with white glove service come here! Keith and Josh were amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable service. They made us feel so special for my fiancé and my upcoming wedding. 10/10 would recommend. Make sure to make an appointment if you are in a rush so you can be seen as soon as you walk in. Otherwise, worth a bit of a wait for such great service and excellent prices! Thank you again Josh for making the experience fantastic.

Nice Tux but they're getting expensive these days. I had to pay almost $250 for mine

Working with Keith was an absolute pleasure. He should be the face of the franchise with his stellar customer service and knowledge about the business. Friar Tux is always a great experience and is my “go-to” when it comes to tux shopping. The whole experience seamless and fun, and I was kept updated every step of the way!

Keithen is awesome. He helped my son get set up for prom last minute. His customer service was beyond anything I could have hoped for. He had 5 rooms going, everyone was being helped at the same time, no complaints, didn’t skip a beat, and just genuinely happy. I think he grew 10 more arms while we were there, I was amazed.
When I had called a few days before the women on the phone who answered gave me the wrong closing time. So I showed up after driving 40 mins to them being closed. Without Keithen, I wouldn’t be coming back, he saved me as a customer. I’ll be back.

I went in last night to get fitted and had an amazing experience. Keith helped me out. He was exceptional! His courteous, professional demeanor, and customer service was top notch. I have worked customer service for 10+ years, and can day that Friar is extremely lucky to have him. Looking at so many of the other reviews who mention him by name prove it.

With so many suit rental shops in the area, the main reason I will be a returning customer is Keith.

I call to ask for a rental and they told me go ahead and come to the store and I ask you close at 7: 00pm and I'll be there at 10 minutes till 7: 00pm and the lady told me go ahead and when I show up to the store the guy there told me nope we can't see you and he was very rude and I try to explain and he said you don't have to explain I already told you we're not seeing you, this is a very bad customer service store they make me drive 30 minutes and for no reason and he didn't even try to say sorry or apologize not a good store. I hope the owner see my review.
