I was blown away at the professional service I received from EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE. I am bad with names, but they recognized me and greeted me by name even before I checked in! I wish I could rate my WORLD CLASS EXPERIENCE higher than 10/10. I will recommend Friar Tux West Covina to absolutely everyone. Isaac is a young man with very good customer service from the first time I stepped in the store to now when I picked up the suit I have been treated with respect he helped me with everything and always in a great manner people like him are hard to find I will abundantly use the store again if needed very impressed with everything and everyone thank you

We booked an appointment today. We checked in and waited for 30 minutes but no one came to serve us. All of the staff were very busy with their customers. We left after waiting for 30 minutes. I totally understand they are busy on a Sunday afternoon. However, we booked an appointment a week ago and if they want customers to wait 30 minutes for nothing, what’s the point for booking an appointment? This is unreasonable as they are disrespectful of customers’ time. I would not recommend this store to others unless they have more than 30 minutes to wait in line

We called and asked if they do walk Ins and the girl said yes as long as it's for 1 person. And it was so we went.
It was empty. 1 girl working. She wasn't helpful at all. They didn't have the size we needed. She said we would have to order it. And that was it. Didn't even show us options
Wouldn't go back.

Friar Tux should be your go to for all your formal needs. I went there in 2003 for my prom and returned in 2023 for my wedding and a friend’s wedding. If you don’t want to invest in a suit, rent with Friar!

From the second we walked in the door; we were instantly greeted with kindness and the willingness to provide professional service. After a few questions, the young lady showed me a few suits, various colors, and shoes.they did some did measurements and tried on some coats, pants and shoes. I really felt like they went above expectations to make sure my rental suit looked as good as possible. Thank you.

The cost can be a bit much for a high school dance but the so offer a discount. It’s still pricey so we usually go with the least expensive option but I will take any type of discount I can. The quality is always what we expect so that’s a plus.
