I was perfectly fitted for a black suit by Ian. It was important personally to look great at the funeral I attended. That was accomplished! Only one observation, your website shows only young male models. Why not open your adds to mature men over age 60? I think you're missing an untouched market!

All the fellas at Friars Tux shop South Coast Plaza were fantastic. I came in with many requests and a short time frame. They got it done and kept it within my budget. My entire party was fitted and when we picked up our stuff, everything fit perfectly!

Suit looked great. Pants were a bit too tight and they were able to accommodate a change the day before our event. Fast and friendly service. Thank you!

As a volunteer usher at the Segerstrom since the mid-1980s, I've occasionally had need to get the latest usher's uniform from Friar Tux at South Coast Plaza. Never a glitch. Always top service. And a hat tip to Jennie, Damien and Josh during my recent tux rental which we did largely by phone during storm Hillary. Thank you!

Really disappointing, had an appointment for 10: 30 but they still had me check in and wait. They didn’t make the older white men check in at all “for some reason”. This lady was helping me, I let her know it is my first time purchasing a suit and it is for my wedding so I was interested in making it perfect. She didn’t really seem to care, she was suggesting coats that the armpit space was halfway down my bicep, she didn’t seem to think anything was wrong with that. Also suggesting sizes that were way too wide but short on my arms. I’d never done any of this before so I was expecting some help but it seems she was more interested in helping the guy who came in after me. I really wasn’t expecting this kind of treatment on the day of buying my wedding suit.

Great experience getting fitted for my wedding. They were patient and answered all my questions. They had the colors I wanted and everything fit when I tried it on. Much better than Men's Warehouse.

The biggest issue that i had for my wedding party fitting is that one groomsmen/boy was given the completely incorrect suit.all wrong, nothing right about it.i understand were human and make mistakes, but the store tried to playdown the mistake, couldnt make it right AND refused to give us a complete refund; even though this mistake is ALL ON THEM.my 9 groomsmen went to 4 FT's, but this one is under performs IMO. I recommend you dont get BOys sizes at any FT AND if you dont have to pay upfront dont, until you try the suit on. Not ever recommending FT to anyone.grp# 266876

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband had a horrible experience. He went to pick up his suit today two days before his best friends wedding that he is a best man in and they apparently lost the suit. They told him to come back at 4pm the night before the wedding, which is out of town. This is a huge inconvenience for us and they also are refusing to give a refund. Poor practice on their part. The degenerates working there called once he got home saying they actually do have the suit, they just typed in the wrong ID code, even though my husband clearly said his name and whose wedding it was. So now he still has to pick it up the night before the wedding, which is again, out of town. 0 stars for a bad experience, -1 for avoidable stupidity.

I love how easy it was to rent a suit from Friar Tux, all staff was very friendly and knowledgeable the process from beginning to end was very smooth. I will definitely keep on renting from this place and recommend to all my friends and family.

We came in the day before our event and they got us everything we needed for my son. He looked amazing in his suit. I highly recommend them.

The first time was in Huntington Beach branch and I was happy and I liked how they prepared and listen to what I asked.
Second time was in Costa Mesa, I went to get the size and fit, and they don’t have the exact fit and they promise to prepare my size when I come back for try in to give me the desired fit before the wedding
2 days before wedding, they gave me not suitable fit suit and shirt (not only me but 3 other of my friends) and like they did not listen to any instructions
After paying the rental money, they said that they don’t have all sizes.
I was disappointed and did not know what should I do, they send me to Anaheim branch to pick up another fit and still not the desired one I was asked
