Friedmans Home Experience, Long Beach CA

Had the best experience at Friedmans. Started looking for a 48 inch fridge, since my Kitchenaid was deemed unrepairable after many breakdowns. I found a Sub Zero online, literally at night and Long was very attentive, especially for it being on Christmas Eve. Got it delivered just a few days later by a fabulous and profressional team. Will def be back when I need more appliances. Communication was excellent and fast.

Awesome. Had 4 out of the 5 appliances we needed. Wolf range, Wolf Microwave, Meile dishwasher, Lynx 42 bbq. 2 month B/O for Zypher hood. Install is fast. Sales Women was awesome. Lisi Brown. Thanks Friedman.

This place is underrated. We had to replace our fridge and Friedman's not only beat the competitors in price, but delivery date at well. By two weeks mind you. The sales staff is quite friendly and helpful. The next time we need something for our house, we will head here first.

They have a nice showroom and lots of appliances to see and try out before you buy. They also have a kids corner that is helpful when you have little ones in tow like we did the first time went a couple years ago.

Edit - the kids corner is gone (due to covid).

They are an official dealer for subzero brands.

I think it's best to go early in the day before you get worn down by looking at tons of other places/things because they got so much for the whole house!

Really love the attention and care from the sales rep. They definitely take the time to listen and understand your needs before trying to sell you anything. Loved the experience (although I am still waiting on install of my appliances)

We were very happy with the service we received with Fernando. Delivery was surprisingly quick and the men who installed the fridge were great. So far very happy with our Beko refrigerator.

Crooks! Do not shop here. Horrible care and customer service. After buying a $1800 brand new dishwasher that did not work out of the box the Manger Brian basically said I’m screwed and good luck. Even though you bought a brand new product you need to call manufacturer and get it repaired. It took Friedmans Horrible Home experience 2 weeks to reply after I left several messages about lemon dishwasher. This has been a complete nightmare purchase as I still sit here hoping I get a working 1800$ dishwasher in a month. Hey atleast it looks pretty.
Do yourself a favor and stick to Pacific Sales.
Great customer service and they keep customers happy. You won’t get a used car salesman for a manager and a store that doesn’t back the product they sell.

2 months with a 3 week delay from you responding to issue. No installation or delivery offered. I would of never bought from you if Pacific Sales wasn’t out of stock. I pay for delivery, installation and extended warranties on everything I buy. I can show you 30k in receipts. Dishwasher sat until kitchen completed. Then installed, tested and double checked and tested again by a reputable licensed contractor. Dishwasher installation pretty cut and dry hose & power plug.
Bottom line is Friedman has horrible customer service and loyalty. Exactly why you’ll never be a Pacific Sales. I should of know as the five times I’ve been in store it’s a Ghost town.

All my questions about the Blue Star Range were answered. The salesperson informed me that there was a price increase scheduled in two days. I did some research at home and decided to make the purchase. I was able to complete the transaction on my phone the next day while on the road, saving $500. I received the range today and I am very happy with service provided at the store and during the delivery.

Installation crew is awesome

I recently needed to replace my dishwasher. I first called Friedman's and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable sales associate, Justin Simons. Based on that conversation, I went in to the store, and I ended up purchasing from Friedman's. Everything from the sales experience to the installation was excellent. I would definitely recommend them!

Always the showcase products and top level service we expect. We have been customers for over a decade now and never once been anything but completely satisfied. Thomas is our go to at Friedman's, seek him out, you will not regret it.

My husband and i have been purchasing at Friedmans for years now and I've had the pleasure of meeting Eddie. I've never met someone with such a bright character and pleasant, friendly attitude.
