At this dentist the staff was friendly and did a great job on my crown thank you once again

Efficient and very helpful. They go extra mile to make sure patients are happy. Dentures are great and they take care of my dentures very nicely. Whole staff is very very helpful.

Dentist Dr. Shah is the best dentist I have ever come across. What an exceptional service from everyone. She did a great job with root canal and crowns! Highly recommended!

My son had some crowns done 2 years ago. One of them fell off a few months later. The same one fell off again last month so we went back to get it checked. We learned that they have new owners/management. The new dentist that saw him was trying very hard to get so many things done and for an extra cost of course I felt like he was a salesman. After he finished I told him that we had those crowns down there and that is when he told us about the new owners. He basically said that it would be up to the office to determine what they could do for us and basically walked away. They were still trying to sell us a scan for $250 because the insurance does not cover it. I was told that they would call me the following Tuesday to see what they could do since we had it done there and it’s been over a week and still no call. Since than I found out the the reason why the crown keeps falling off is because the previous dentist grinned the molar too low and there is not much the crown can hold on to. Yes it’s a new owner but they still have all my information and you would think they would have called me to offer me something in order to keep my business since the new dentist was pushing so hard to sell me other things. If you choose this dentist good luck hopefully he will take care if you and not try to sell you things you don’t need.

This is exactly what happened to me - bigger places are not what they are cut out to be because you are left feeling vulnerable and afraid. Dr Shah is part of the new management team at Friendly Hills Dentistry and is absolutely wonderful. In my whole life going to a dentist I never experienced such wonderful, empathetic, attention to detail and interpersonal skills in a dentist. I would not recommend a dentist office and never have in my life if I did not feel I received the best care as a patient.

This office stands out in excellence from the front office to the staff and dentist. I experienced the highest quality of attention. I never once felt I didn’t know what was going on with my dental care and insurance/financial coverage.

Only a few have what it takes to become a great dentist! Dr. Shah’s knowledge, expertise and foundation as a dentist shows forth in her great qualities to attention to detail, manual dexterity, interpersonal skills, friendliness and patience. Dr. Shah not only is a terrific dentist she is also a teacher in her methods of showing and demonstrating to her patient’s what is happening, what will happen and how it will be. You feel comfortable and at ease. The old dentist ways of mystery and dental work is not what is found here! As a patient, you will feel at home and cared for by everyone.

What I found here as I came to my dentist appointments was a staff and dentist that actively listens to you, educates you, respects your time and resources, promotes what is necessary for you now and what is needed. The staff and dentist gets to know you as a person and you feel like a valued member; like family here. I feel comfortable coming here and recommending all family and friends to have their dental selection at Friendly Hills Family Dentistry!

Great Service, Great Customer Service.
I brought my 12 year old son for root canal on front teeth, but Dr. Shah saved his teeth and just did fillings. He is doing perfect with the filings and his smile looks better than ever. I would recommend this location.

Amazing staff! Dr Shah is a miracle worker. My daughter had the worst accident that caused her to chip several teeth. I was referred to this office and I’m glad I was.the staff put my daughter whom is 8 years old at ease and assured us that they would do their best to get my baby girls smile back. Today I came for a follow up visit and everyone treated me like family. This has been by far the best dentist experience. Thanks to all the staff and Dr Shah for taking care of my baby girl.

Amazing dental office! Customer service as well as the work done was fantastic! I brought my two young boys in for fillings and we were in and out in great time plus the doctor was so gentle with that! I’d give 5 stars every time.
