6Nice place, clean, but wish I had read ahead of time that you can only pay with a card that you have to buy there lmfao, and then when you want to put more money on it, it has to be cash. Also purchasing the card needs to be with cash. No debit/credit card or coin use available here.
Looks clean, maybe 70% of machines work. I went somewhere else after realizing it costs $3 just to get a card to load money on to. The card machine only takes exact change and the single bill machine was taped off.
The lady who work they is very professional and is always will to help her customers out.
I did my laundry just recently here and i havent gotten my laundry right away and the laundry lady took my laundry out of the dryer and just put in the cart and just left it sitting out in the laundry area. I cant guarantee if its still clean knowing that theres a pandemic going on right now so i laundry everything again!
Great team. Clean facility. They use a card system that costs 3 dollars for the card, then you charge the card. If your only there short term the employee will use their card so you dont waste your money, then you just pay the clerk the amount due for the washer and dryer. Amazing service. Flew in from Japan for surgery at Balboa medical center and I could not give a higher recommendation. I will be using this laundromat for the rest of my stay here.
