We had extensive hardscape damage to our property from our neighbors invasive tree root system.
From our driveway, front patio, flowerbed, concrete walkway on the side of our home to the back patio, - Bobby provided cost effective suggestions that would correct all the damage as well as provide us with proper water flow drainage.
We were so impressed with Bobby that we did not even consider contacting another company for an estimate.
The entire crew of Frisch and Sons, from demolition to reconstruction was absolutely a pleasure to work with.
All the work is so aesthetically pleasing to the eye and now we have even more usable yard space.

The company did all custom stamped concrete, 200+ lineal feet of retaining wall, and cutom fire pit in our backyard. They will be installing the artificial turf in both the back and front yard once we are ready! Highly recommend this family business.

Top notch company who go above and beyond in terms of client satisfaction. I hired Frisch and Sons to completely remove my 1960's kidney shape pool, a few hundred square feet of decking and 4 raised planters. Once removed and hauled away they regraded my backyard. From the very start all operations went like clockwork; from removal of demo debris to refilling the hole where the pool once was Bobby and his team got the job done without any incidents and, more importantly, on time. From filing the required City permits to scheduling the Soils Engineering company (for compaction rates) they took care of it all. I asked the City Inspector about them and he stated they are one of the best companies you can go with when a large demolition project is required. He's worked with Bobby on many occasions in the City of Fullerton and they are always impressed with the job outcome. Bottom line the removal of a pool is very serious work so why not hire a specialist that will get the job done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I'm so very happy I hired them. They're professionals and it shows.

You need to hire Bobby and his crew. We did a big backyard overhaul. Pavers, concrete, new grass, irrigation system, flowerbeds, play structure, etc. His crew cleared our whole lot and completed the project within a few weeks. I would recommend them to anyone! Great OC company and came out to Riverside for our project. Will never use another group as long as they are in town.

I needed an in ground spa and decking removed recently. Got three quotes. F&S was not the cheapest, but by far, not the most expensive. I'm glad I chose them for the project. They were always courteous, on time, and clean (as clean as concrete demo can be). They finished the job in a few days. Permits were pulled, and inspections went perfectly. You can tell, when it comes to pool demo and removal, they have perfected it. I can't believe how much work they got done in only a few days. Considering the amount of work done, the price was REALLY reasonable. After day one of demo, I was horrified at the heavy equipment wheel and caterpillar tracks on my remaining deck. I didn't say anything, because they hadn't finished yet. Not to worry though, on their way out EVERYTHING was power washed and back to perfect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of that pool or spa you have to continually maintain, but never use.

There is no better company that I have worked with than Frisch & Sons Inc for such a major project. They have performed beyond my expectation in terms of quality of work in a timely manner.
They started with dig alert, pool drain and city permit. They posted the city permit as required on the start date and took great care in covering up all the plants that were in the pathway of the heavy equipment and made sure that the work site was well organized. They continued their work diligently and promptly every day. I had a special concern with the water drainage since my house foundation is very low to the pool ground, they were able to resolve these issues by designing the drainage and leveling the pool fill surface and made it better than before.
The Frisch & Sons owner is expectational at managing customer needs. He provided great ideas and resolved all our concerns and made this a memorable experience to share.

I researched contractors for a pool demo and fill in. After getting estimates from 3 different contractors I went with Frisch & Sons.
I was very pleased with my decision to go with this family owned business. They show up on time each morning. They clean up each day. They did the work in the estimated time frame. They also came in with the lowest bid. During the demo and fill in, I decided to install artificial turf. Bobby Frisch was very helpful with suggestions. He brought me a box with many samples of turf and also putting green turfs - which then gave me the idea of adding a small putting green to the yard. The family is a pleasure to work with. Every single person that came to work on this project was very professional, friendly and courteous. My pool had cracks in it and I had three bids for repair. The common denominator on all three quotes was "we can't guarantee what we can't control". In other words, the cracks could come back. So, I decided to have my pool removed. A friend of mine recommended Frisch and Sons and clued me in on what I could expect to pay. When Dave Frisch came out, he took a look around and told me exactly how things would go and how long it would take. He gave me a quote, which was spot on what I expected. There was no up-sell, no surprises. Moreover, he worked with me on some nuances, for example repositioning a gas line, electrical outlet, etc. Nothing was a problem for Dave. I hired Frisch & Sons to demolish and fill in my huge, 40 year-old, dilapidated pool, and landscape with DG and a few bedding areas. From the thoroughness of their contract to the last drip line laid, their work was excellent. They pulled permits, demolished the pool and covered it with tons of dirt to code. My deep, expertly compacted DG isn't going anywhere. These guys know what they're doing. They are knowledgeable, experienced, professional, very personable and darned good at what they do. I recommend them without reservation.

We hired Frisch and Sons to fix an improperly backfilled swimming pool by another (cheaper) pool demolition company from Anaheim. Frisch excavated all the illegally buried concrete (from the other company), re-compacted the area, backfilled the area with clean material, and replaced all irrigation systems, St. Augustine Grass, and planted the trees I had delivered. This company is top notch and we now understand that paying more money up front, will get you a lot better quality of work in long run.

Frisch and Sons did a great job demoing a big wooden shed in our backyard and replacing it with a concrete slab. Project was completed on time and on budget. This is a family owned business and the Father and one of his Sons were on site each day to ensure everything was going according to plan.

We hired The Frisch and Sons company to demolish our pool and fill it in. Bobby and his team did a tremendous job! They were notified short notice and were able to complete the job. This team works very hard and was very respectful. Their efficiency and cleanliness is very much appreciated!

Our family hired Frisch and Sons Construction to complete a swimming pool removal and concrete demolition in our backyard in city of Anaheim. We had another local competitor come out, but they did not have the proper license of either General Engineering or General Contractor needed to do the job. Two weeks before the pool demolition we were able to visit two other pool removals the company was doing in the city of Mission Viejo and city of Orange to see what the project was like when removing a pool.

Three weeks after accepting the proposal, we had David Jr.and Bobby show up to pump the water from our pool and get photos for the landscape design (which was included in the demolition bid for free). The next day they were back to start the demolition for drainage holes in the bottom of the pool and received inspection later that afternoon. The next day they began back-filling the pool while compacting every 8 to 10 inches. Two days later the swimming pool backfill was complete and all inspections were signed off by the city inspectors. I was amazed that all the concrete was gone, and we officially had our backyard as a clean slate. This company came in at great price, showed all receipts of disposal fees (for concrete demolition and pool removal), and finished before they said they would be done.

We have not yet proceeded with our landscape installation, but we will be giving them a call back to finish they great work they started.
