Today (December 8th, 2024,9: 15pm) I with 2 guys came to the airport exactly at the right time! But lady on check in did not accept us, turned around and left, we waited 30 minutes, then 5 minutes before the plane took off she came out and announced to us that we would not be able to fly today! We asked to call the manager, the manager came only 20 minutes later with several employees, we tried to talk only to the manager, but all the employees interrupted us and tried to shout at us. We ask the airline to take appropriate measures and fire these employees or at least fine them.so that they will not be able to pay their rent and continue to live in a tent as they lived before they were hired by your company!

Do not book under any circumstances. Frontier is a dying airline and are extremely desperate to take advantage of people. Don’t feed this airline any of your hard earned money.

Was 1 hr. Early to check in went through security and when I got to the terminal they said I wasn’t able to and had to book another flight… plane didn’t depart till 8: 05 and I got to the flight terminal at 7: 15.they also charged me $100 to get a new flight that was 20 hours apart causing me to miss my daughter birthday surprise at her school

Booked a flight round-trip, initially excited to save a little compared to American Airlines, which I usually use. Business trip ended early so tried to get an earlier flight back home. Knew it was a little tight timing wise, but went ahead and paid $200 fee to change my return flight. Got to the airport 45 min before the flight is supposed to leave, only to find out that they intentionally close the bag check counter 1 hour before each flight. Furthermore, one of the attendants was still there when I arrived, looked me straight in the eye as I stood there waiting to be helped and just walked straight into their back office, leaving me sitting there for an hour and a half waiting for them to come out for the next flight. During that hour attempted to contact customer support, which is apparently only chat based. There us no option to speak to someone in real time. The first chat agent I spoke to took minutes to respond to each message, offered no options for me to freaking get home, and eventually a second agent started responding, forcing me to relay the entire problem again, but still not offering any other option other than basically "you're SOL". Counter agents came out of their hidey hole at this point and so I dropped the useless live chat. First one was sympathetic, but had no idea what to do so got a manager. Best they could offer me was paying an additional $25 to keep my original flight. At this point, Frontier was not even remotely a "low cost" carrier, as I've paid about the same as an American ticket would have been and I would have been on a plane home. Never again.

No service at all at their terminal in San Diego for nearly an hour with multiple people going to be stretched making their flights now. Just terrible service.

They may have cheap tickets but they up charge for everything and have the WORST customer service. I waited 30 minutes at the bag drop with a ton of other passengers, while the employees stood at the next counter and told us that frontier would open soon. Then at the appointed "soon" they simply walked over and started helping people. Worst service ever. Do not fly Frontier

It’s stupid it’s waste. Just don’t choose frontier airlines. Even the staff are not at all working properly. They’re not on time. I don’t know why they even get paid.

Bought my ticket, and missed my flight because i failed to check in 2 hours prior. After waiting in an hour long line with only 1 person checking people in

Cannot Beat nor Best Their Bargains!
Round Trip Phoenix to San Diego for $75 Seventy Five Dollars all taxes and airport fees included? On Short Notice, even No Notice!
And for the record, return flight San Diego to Phoenix 47 minutes! Forty Seven Minutes Total Flight Time! I asked the pilot to confirm when disembarking. Yep.
Also, not for the record though to advise; prices for No luggage, Not Even Carryon, One Personal Item Allowed At No Cost! Solutions; (#1) Wear Your Wardrobe, Layer Up! (#2) FedEx luggage ahead, open Business Account first, always compare prices. As Frontier airlines charges $50+ per piece of luggage, cheaper to ship ahead- or go buy New! Therapy Shopping whilst saving money!

I have been waiting at the check in line as soon as you walk into the air port for over a hour. Not one person has came out to check in the bags for the whole line of people waiting out here. This is ridiculous

Frontier gate agent called us and we were the security line! We were running to the gate due to an extremely long line at security. We were running to the gate and they knew we were coming and we told them we need 2 minutes! Doors were to close at 6: 40PM and we got there at 6: 41. We were with them on the phone and they still shut the door to have us rebook the flight and we spoke to the front counter and they said that the staff clocked out at 6: 45 pm! They didn’t care about us just wanted to clock out and go home!
Worst airlines ever and the customer service is horrible! They purposely made us lose our flight and charge us again to rebook! DO NOT TRAVEL WITH FRONTIER!

I wish if there was an option for no stars at all because they don’t deserve anything. I don’t have to explain anything, everybody knows what this airline is. Unprofessional and unorganized. If you want my opinion I would just tell you to pay little extra money for better airline, you pay for your convenience.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS, they made me pay an additional 51 dollars when checking in and before boarding they made me pay 100 dollars more for a small suitcase that fit perfectly on the shelf of the plane, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE AIRLINE AT ALL and I will never fly again with them.

Everything in this airline costs. Printing, reserving a seat, smelling the air, drinking water, and saying hello all cost cash, and the service is absolutely terrible.
