Never again using frontline
Absolutely HORRIFIC freight company! We usually have small freight shipments from TN to CA and it usually takes a whopping 6 weeks to arrive. While their (very deceptive) shipping estimate states a 7-10 day shipping time frame, you might want to add a few weeks; and be okay with being kept in the dark about your shipment. Frontline's non-acceptable excuse is that "most freight companies operate like this. " Long story short, in our opinion Frontline Freight is a complete and utter shipping catastrophe! They appear to be amateurs with a complete lack for proper and satisfactory customer service. That said, their operations are a complete embarrassment to the shipping industry. If you are affected by their dilettantism, you might want to reach out to your local consumer protection agency, BBB, etc.and report them. It goes without saying that we will NEVER use them again and have advised our suppliers to do the same.

Worst place ever to pick up load check in 12 pm it’s 6 pm not yet loaded and for paper work they take almost 1 hour
Shipped from NJ to CA promised 3 day.it took 13 days, had 5 workers on job waiting, had to pay them to stay and wait.when it arrived in terminal they said it would take another 2 days to deliver. We told their Cust Serv to let us pick-up at the WILL CALL at terminal. We rented a Penske 24' truck ($412.00) and sent our man and when he got there, they could not find the 2 skids; that they were at the mall trying to deliver. COST ME $10,712.00 to date.today- 6/21/23. Going forward. WE ARE PRINTING ON ALL OUR FUTURE PURCHASE ORDERS TO OUR VENDORS -NO FRONTLINE FREIGHT! DO NOT USE!
This place is called dreamway Express, and it is one unorganized company. Make sure to check bol's before leaving they don't like to put the receivers name on them.
Have had nothing but issues from cuatomer suppirt staff that don't even sound like they want to help a customer. They also all say different things. And if you get a package delivered from this company then be prepared to wait a month or two until that package arrives.
After seeing all the negative reviews, I have to say I became worried. However, they exceeded expectations. They were friendly, professional and delivered on time with no hiccups. Thanks for a smooth experience
This carrier is a joke, currently 2 weeks past published transit time, 0 effort to help get freight to customer. Only "apology" was very condescending. They say they put customer first. I don't see that at all.
This Company is one of the worst around that handles fright, its takes over 3 weeks to get a load from MA to FL you should close your doors
Shipment of raw material was picked up on 3/31/23 from Elk Grove Illinois, still waiting for freight to arrive in Cinnaminson NJ on 4/20/21. Machines are line down waiting on the material. Frontline can't locate the shipment or let us know when it will be delivered. DO NOT EVER USE FRONTLINE. They should receive ZERO Stars. Terrible freight company.
I'm shocked that there are reviews that say people talk to Customer Service. We've made over 9 calls in 7 days and have not gotten anyone yet. Generally, you wait on hold for 45 minutes, then get dumped into a generic VoiceMail that is full and disconnected.
Three weeks and counting for 2 pallets California to Virginia. Pathetic.
Terrible company. We've been waiting over a month on a shipment (1 Pallet) from Chicago to NY. Any time we try to call, we wait on hold for at least 45 minutes. We've been told the same thing for two weeks, "They're loading it onto a trailer right now and they have it routed to go out for delivery tomorrow. " Again, they've been saying that same thing for two weeks.
We typically ship 10-20 pallets per day, and receive another 5-10 per day, so we have experience with a lot of carriers. This is by far the worst freight carrier we've come in contact with.
Notice how any 2 star review or higher for this company is from over 4 years ago. DO NOT USE FRONTLINE.
This is probably the most incompetent trucking company I’ve ever dealt with. They have absolutely zero idea what they are doing.
This is a horrible company. My shipment arrived eights days ago, and they haven’t delivered it. The seller of my equipment sent a rescue team to pick it up and deliver it to me, but they told him they can’t find my shipping.
I have called them several times, and they told me they are still looking. It’s been days and they don’t have an answer.
My business is losing money by the minute because we are not able to meet deadlines without this equipment.
This is the most horrible experience I have ever had. They have poor customer support and don’t care about their customers. DO NOT USE THEM!
ZERO STARS
My freight has been in transit for over 2 WEEKS and I can't get anyone to answer the phone or an email. I even have the forwarding company trying with me in copy and they still won't answer.
I"M WONDERING IF THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS AT THIS POINT
Frontline picked up my freight in CA on 3/17/2023 and as of 3/31/2023 I can not get answers from them. They will only say it is being delivered to another carrier and won’t give me a phone number or a pro number for the other carrier. I definitely DO NOT recommend using this shipping company! I get freight from CA weekly and in the majority of cases I have my freight in my warehouse within 5-7 days with other carriers!
