Frosted Cakery

Took a picture from Pinterest of a cake for my granddaughter’s Sweet 16 Party. They did an extraordinary job with the cake. It is just beautiful. Very friendly and personal which will make me order cakes in the future from Frosted Cakery.

Finally! We found our bakery! First time customers here and definitely we will be back! We bought a coconut cake for a family birthday that was soooo delicious!

Frosted Cakery was so fun to work with! I planned and coordinated my brother and sister in law's wedding and loved having them on our vendor team. They were responsive and communicated well, plus their desserts were killer! The bride and groom did a dessert bar and all of the display items (platters, towers, etc.) that they included for us were all in great condition and looked beautiful. I also really appreciate that they were honest with us when we wanted to order WAY too many desserts based on our guest count - they saved us a lot of money by letting us know we didn't need so much (and they were right!). Can't wait to work with Beverly and the whole team again!

I had to try a few different flavors of their cupcakes and they were amazing! Nothing Bundt is if around here and for some different flavor profiles as well as beautiful tall cakes this is the place!

We Love frosted cakes! The 1 star is for the girl that just helped us. Not sure of her name but she had red hair and was running the front counter. We went in to pick up a Doordash order and had planned on purchasing a few sweets for ourselves. She was just very unfriendly and seemed like we were bothering her. Will continue to visit but maybe she can be trained in some better customer service.

I had an appointment for a wedding cake tasting at the Bullard location. I paid 25 dollars for the appointment. I was under the impression that I would get to taste several kinds of cakes.as the appointment progressed, A list of different types of cakes was shown and when we asked to sample a piece, we were told there wasn't any.all in all, we only tried one slice of cake and two cupcakes.

The lady in charge would tell us that they ran out of several flavors. We had this appointment set for three weeks and I feel like they should have been prepared for our appointment. She never even attempted to give us any other options to try the samples, there was another employee that was very gracious and offered to get us a sampler of different cakes to try but the owner looked at her and shot down the idea. I am not sure if the main lady was having a rough day but it seemed like she didn't care to try to accommodate us. We were not asking for much, just to get our money's worth. This was my first time wedding cake sampling and I feel like they should have been prepared for our appointment. If I am in the wrong, I will gladly change my rating.

It seems like my fiancé and I were treated differently than other people who've had appointments with this company. I really hope that race wasn't an issue since we are an interracial couple. All the other couples who recommended this place to us had great experiences except for us. If I am in the wrong, I will gladly revise my post and score. I was really looking forward to this step of the wedding process but we were left disappointed

Always a wonderful experience! Great employees and fantastic quality products. We picked up some cupcakes for a birthday party and they had so many to choose from! Of course we will return and highly recommend to everyone!

Christina is so helpful! I was so indecisive of what to choose and she was so patient and kind when explaining each item to me! I will define be coming back and telling my friends and family about this place! Also you guys should create treats for cats as well.

They did an excellent job on my bday cake tasted delicious and was very nicely and neatly done.

These cupcakes are amazing. My favorites are the Honey Butter, Chocolate Sundae (with a cherry on top) and Pink Champagne!

Wow, I just stopped in and can say that their sugar cookies are hands down the best I have ever had in my life.

The best cake, cupcakes, and cookies around! Their custom creations are to die for and their available everyday items are soooo good! Great customer service! Christina is the best!

OMG! Delicious, deee -li - cious! So glad I found this cakery. Yes, you read that correctly, cakery, not bakery because each cupcake is a specialty cake. I'll definitely be returning soon.

The owner was nice enough to bring us assorted cupcakes to our office, best creamy cupcakes by far! Also found out they do themed cakes!:) thank you for letting us try them:)

I needed a last minute Bday cake I live close by so decided to go see if they had some small cakes. Which they did, and it was very tasty, so soft I recommend the pink Champagne I give it a A plus. Young lady at the counter said it would be good, she was RIGHT!

Bought two times this week, each time pleased both different sets of people. Love that you can walk in and pick out/up a box of 6 and make a statement for any event.

I love coming to frosted for just a simple cupcake or cookie! Brittany Christina are great front counter people. They’re always so helpful:) that comment about that person feeling rushed just can’t be true. I have never once felt rushed, annoyed, etc. I would trust the cupcake girls with my life!
