Horrible service with Gestapo style staff.management either needs to teach their employees how to talk to customers or just get new employees

Love the variety of food you can get here. Burgers and breakfast burritos are amazing. The Philly Cheese Steak would have been good if they didn't drown it in onions and would have liked the bell peppers to be cooked not raw.

A great, old school Granada Hills burger joint. An old fashioned menu, with great burgers, real shakes made from real ingredients, the all-important pastrami cheeseburger, and grill masters who are proud to make good food. You can taste the difference, and you will notice the cheerful demeanor of the staff at the window.

This is one of my favorite places. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. They do it right! Hubby's fave is the pastrami burger, mine is the grilled cheese (with pickles, tomato, and raw onion) - so good!

Used to be my go to spot. However, they have gone downhill over the past few years. My biggest complaint is, they keep raising the prices. So the prices have gone WAYYYY up n food portions n quality have gone WAYYY down. Id say the menu prices have gone up 40-60% over the past 2-3 years ($0.20- $0.30 LITERALLY every 2-3 months) and I just can't justify/ or really afford (esp w this pandemic going on) paying damn near $7.00 for 2 slices of white bread w one slice of American cheese. It's a shame too bc I used to go here atleast 3x's a week, now it's more like once every 3 months

I’ve been going hear for 15 years. I’ll go here over in n out, any day. But tonight, man they might as well have gave me the food uncooked so I could take it home and do it right. Waited in line for 30 minutes! To get a uncooked chicken sandwich, a churro that looked like it got fried in lava, and no ketchup for my fries! I mean what the heck man. I want a refund or a free meal cooked right, or y’all done lost a customer. And yes I kept my dam receipt.

This place has great value for the quantity you get with items like fries, they have alot of different choices of food from sandwiches, burritos and burgers very diverse, only down part is it can get pretty busy on certain days and around certain times but usually always worth it

You like cheeseburgers this is the place to go. Great ice cream great shakes, nice Greek salad, and the hotdog is superb. It's now become a family tradition, on both kids like it as do Mom and Dad. Drive up or get out and sit. Busy on the weekends. Parking.

Balboa Burger was one of the best burgers I have had. The mushrooms, the dressing, and the melted cheese complemented at excellent cook. Thank you.

It's a dive! But it's our dive, and we like it! You have to know what to order here, and then you'll be happy! Hamburgers, gyros, fries, and shakes/malts/floats, are what you should stick to! The onion rings are ok. Do not stray from above!

Best Burger spot in this city and you can't even argue with the prices. I recommend this spot from one fatty to the next, this is the spot!

Good old fashion ice cream, great service and the facility is kept clean and neat, my personal favorite is the waffle cones and with pistachio ice cream, super delicious and the burgers are off the hook!
I actually drive from a bit far just to eat there and have ice cream when ever i get a chance.highly recommend to any one!

Love love LOVE this place! They have an amazing varried menu and the food is always HELLA FRESH! Seriously, name one other drive thu you can get buffalo wings and strawberry shortcake!? ! I am also a huge fan of the I onion rings. Lines can take a little while mostly because they make everything fresh! Also love that its open relatively late.

Great locals spot for small chain fast food. Great soft serve ice cream and dips. Burgers and fries are awesome. Open late.

I totally love this place, great service, excellent food. Cheeseburger fries and a Coke. Yumm, for two people it's under 15 bucks. I love this place. Honestly would give a 5 star but a few months ago I was with my mom and two nephew's and in the patio area I found open needles which was very concerning to me.

Very slow my cheese sticks became one big lump I like the selection but need to work on time to get food and care of food

Ice cream and fries are great! I have tried the gyro and nachos, too, but was disappointed. The gyro had little favor. The nachos had too many beans and overall flavor was not good. I wouldn't buy those two items again. But we'll come back for ice cream and fries again and again!
