Frugatti's, Bakersfield CA

Frugatti's is my Birthday Tradition. We went on a Saturday and arrived early. The staff was amazing, our waiter was perfect! If you havent tried them, the stuffed mushrooms were beyond amazing, had to take an order home. The Edna's Lasagna is my favorite and it was spot on, as were the other dishes my family had. Frugatties is hitting on all cylinders as the Ferrari of Italian Food. Don't forget desert. Carrot cake and cheesecake like you've never had before. ️

It was my boyfriends and my anniversary and we had am amazing lunch with really good appetizers. My garlic chicken Alfredo was so delicious, we'll definitely be back on our next special occasion

Frugattis has been our go to italian place, in Bakersfield, for the last 10 years. We enjoy the atmosphere but most of all we love the food!

Dear management: my wife and I just moved to Bakersfield and were was told this place was the best for Italian food. We made a reservation through their website and showed up just to be told that they had given our table away. The two indifferent girls (hostess) said we would have to wait another half an hour. They claimed they texted us to notify us. However, that never happened. This is the second time I had to deal with their Indifference and lack of attention. Management, I can deal with the wait and your online ONLY reservation system, but you have to do something about those female hostess you employ, they need training as they have no manners. If they don’t like dealing with the public they shouldn’t work there.

I live in NYC and was fortunate enough to have Frugatti’s all the way in Bakersfield, CA. This place is unmatched. The spinach manicotti is beautiful and I love the atmosphere. Doesn’t get better than an authentic Italian dinner!

One of our must go to joints when we drive up to visit friends. Service is ALWAYS amazing and the food is just well.craveable.

Food was great. There no longer carry a few things on the lunch menu. But the chicken Alfredo pizza is really good, pesto bread is really good.
Very slow service and there is really no one here. Me and one other table.

Food was good and it was easy to get in because it is so big. Even for a holiday weekend we managed no wait. Andrew did a solid job with good suggestions.

Always a favorite go to for Italian. It never disappoints. I had Theresa's favorite tortellini this last time and it was heavenly. I'll always choose them over any other Italian restaurant, hands done.

Came here for the first time for our anniversary we brought our kids along with us too. We all loved it and had a great time everyone was really friendly the food was amazing, my husband had a steak, I had Theresa’s Tortellini, the food was so delicious and they gave us a lot of food you’ll have to bring it home with you which is a bonus for us:)

They have a great banquet room that can easily hold 30-40 persons. The pasta is always al dente.awesome

The food was excellent! Our server Andrew was a professional delight. Even with several birthdays going on this evening, the service was timely and friendly. The desserts are not to be missed! Scrumptious experience! I highly recommend this eatery.

First time here about a week ago, ordered about 7 different plates (big family) got to sample all of it. Everything was just so freaken good! Now service, everyone there is so kind and welcoming. Didn't get our servers name: (but that guy was the best! Now I'm back for Papo Pasta take-out.

Love this place! Not only is the food amazing but so is the service. First time going and won’t be the last! Our server was not only respectful but he also made us feel welcomed he made sure not only my husband and I were situated but also my toddler, I originally had ordered the spinach raviolis but unfortunately they didn’t have any at the moment so he made sure to explain to me similar plates something many places don’t do definitely one of Bakersfields best restaurants!

Delicious quick bite while we were passing through town. Did online “check-in” to add name to waitlist on the way to the restaurant and as soon as we arrived, we’re seated right away. Our server, Andrew, was excellent! Great recommendations and good food.

The most delicious restaurant in Bakersfield. It gets busy but you're never left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. Every time I go I try to order something different, and I have never been let down. Their rolls are amazing.

This is the first restaurant we've been to that serves plain Lipton teabags for their hot tea. Every other restaurant has a choice of upper-branded, various flavored teabags to choose from. I was pretty surprised as this is kind of an upscale restaurant. Food, service and atmosphere are good for how busy and short-handed they are but please add better variety of teabags (they don't cost much).

Let say I love this place! Food is very tasty and delicious. I had the pleasure to be treated with very fast food service and great staff! The waitress in which served my siblings and me for food tasting for an event on Saturday afternoon was amazing! She was very clever and was very professional. Definitely a place I am booking for a future event! If you want delicious Italian food this is your place. In all honesty I love everything about this place, they will have you satisfy your pallet. They also have outside dining which is very neat and great selection of desserts! We left very satisfied! Thank you to the staff for all you do. Oh also I have a peanut allergy and was very pleased that it was taken in notice! And they were careful with everything! I highly recommend this place.

Nice place for authentic italian food. It can be crowded sometimes. But the food is worth it and the service is excellent.

The food is soooooo good. The portions are large and I always get to take some home with me. We had some of their cocktails for the first time and they blew us away! My SO is from Texas so he was feeling at home and nostalgic that they had shiner bocker and whiskey sour. It made his birthday dinner even more special to him. The waiter was also super attentive and had patience. He even had some of the other waiters/waitresses sing Happy birthday to my SO with a little candle and cake! I love this place!
