Frusion Juice and Coffee Bar, Big Bear Lake CA

I’m not sure if the guy with the nasty tattoo and the Bluetooth headset was the manager/owner but was very rude when taking orders. Terrible customer service and experience. Don’t bother coming here unless you want a subpar coffee/juice with a rude jerk making it.

Plenty of options for drinks and milk alternatives. Fast and friendly service. Would definitely go back if I visit Big Bear again

They have people waiting in line for more than 5-10 minutes without helping or telling them we will be right with you, ordered take 15 minutes to get done overall drinks are 4 out of 5

Awful customer service by owner @ Frusion Big Bear!
We got charged for drinks and when we approach the coffee bar about still missing five of our drinks he was rude, tried to argued that he gaves us our drinks when it was only two parties in the shop including our family.
When I asked for a refund instead, with an A$$ hole attitude just told the cashier to make sure to charge for the two hot cocoas we did get.
We also witnessed how rude he was towards new customers coming in the shop.
Please dont support business like this.

Ordered avocado toast and a pressed juice with beets, can't recall the name.both were perfect. Service was excellent. Restroom was clean.will return.

My favorite place in Big Bear, amazing healthy drinks and food, plus plenty of healthier snacks. Very vegan friendly. Highly recommended. Everything I had was great, can’t be any happier to find this place) Love it, thank you!

This store was randomly closed the first day we went with no sign anywhere saying they might be closed. Despite saying they were open everywhere online

Second day they were actually open but the messed up the order AND overcharged for what we ordered.

When I told them about the overcharge they just handed me a 1$ bill (not enough for how much the overcharge was) and said sorry.

The food was good and the prices were alright otherwise. But it is really not how you run a store.

If they step up their game a bit it would be a great spot!

Really great service and great smoothies (love the charcoalsmoothie) + avo toast! Fave toasts are Mexican and the Spicy with the egg on top. Yum!

A group of 4 adults went in. No receipts were given and no names were asked on our purchases. We all paid separately. 3 of our orders were given and 1 was not. Instead of just saying to the person whose order didn't come up, "Not to worry. We'll get you taken care of, " Trenton (employee) gave our friend such a hard time about it and then came out to the other 3 of us who had our orders, and accused us of taking the missing order. Remember, no receipts were given. So, I asked him how he would like us to prove it? The only way was to show our bank statement transaction, which is ridiculous we would need to. They should be handing out receipts as proof of purchase. The employee was so incredibly rude during the whole process and made us feel like we had stolen. Once we all proved we had infact ordered and paid, I asked him if he was going to apologize to the member of our party who never got his order. His exact response as he turned and walked away: I'm not apologizing for nuthin'.

Wow! Trenton was aggressive, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. It also seemed like he was under the influence.

Best thing I’ve had in town The Frushion Açaí bowl is perfection. The coconut cream is like a Hawaiian Huapia, just like the açaí bowls i fell in love with Hawaii. Will definitely make this a regular stop for me whenever in town.

First time visiting and I'd definitely go back. The kid working the counter was cool and professional. Nicely done!

Great selection of coffee, smoothies and juices! The taste wasn't bad, the vibe only okay. Maybe it's the music that doesn't seem to fit the ambience.

We got the fresh juices and were so impressed with the flavor, and customize-ability of the juices! Highly recommend stopping by here!

Their black coffee is terrible. It’s extremely watery and very expensive too. Also they don’t give refunds. What kind of stop does this? !

This place is super great and delicious. If you're trying to do healthy while on the mountain. This is the place! Great coffee great avo toast. Be patient because its worth it.

The most disgusting hot cocoa I’ve ever tried. Tasted like worked up garbage juice.
We got it replaced with americano which was burnt and bitter.

This is my go to spot in Bear. Delicious acai bowls, avo toasts, and tea - highly recommended.
