Sheila was very rude and unprofessional. She canceled my children’s referrals for no reason and when I called to schedule she told me I would have to get re-referred because she shredded the referral due to me missing a phone call. I Informed her that I had also returned her call and left a message and she said she didn’t realize. As a busy mom working full time please excuse me for missing a phone call.this was heartbreaking and frustrating as a parent who is just trying to get the support needed for her children. I called our referring office in tears because of how I was spoken to and expressed to them that i do not want them referring us back here, that my children will not be seen here and to please send it elsewhere.
