$7 just for day use, which includes setting foot outside of your vehicle and taking a picture. And it doesn't go to the forest service it goes to, you guessed it, PG&E. Not only are they using the natural flow of water to give you electricity which you pay for, you have to pay to see the natural flow of water too. Go to one of the free forest service lakes instead and make sure you don't leave any trash and leave it as you found it! Respect nature to keep it open and easy for the govt to manage

Fuller is beautiful, has a few picnic tables and barbecues, and a boat lunch ramp for non-moterized vessels.
