Fullerton Electric Bicycles

If you have DIY e-bike and even if you bought a rear derailleur from them they won't help you. Just saving you the trip after I was told to come in.

My son purchased a eletric bike from a different store & couldn't get seat on we called around to many places and they wouldn't look at. We called FEB & they told him to bring it in & fixed it in less than 5 min for no charge. Will differently be returning and recommend.

Went in, friendly, fixed problem, excellent price. It was just an A+ place to take your EBike.i know where I'm taking my bike for repairs.

A great friendly place that isn’t afraid to still give you that extra free touch of quick little fixes and advise while also having tons of brand new gear to show ya. Helped fixed my ebike battery give me there time.

Update 5/6/21 (6 stars if I could) : Dave is absolutely the BEST. Haven't been in for months, didn't expect he would even remember me. They had several days worth of bikes to service in the shop, yet fit me in for a rear tube replacement anyways and had it done in 2 hours. On top of that, I wasn't charged a dime for it, because the manufacturer somehow failed to install a rim strip on the back wheel, causing the tube to tear. So, it was either covered under warranty or he took care the cost of it himself. Either way, incredible service. I will be fiercely loyal to Dave and this shop!

Original review 10/10/20 (5/5 stars) : Dave and Randy were friendly, informed and super helpful. We were able to test ride bikes and ended up getting a pair of Aventon Level (step through M/L, and step over L). Dave went above and beyond to help us get the bikes we wanted in time for a trip the next weekend. Broke them in while camping and ride them all over town when we're at home. Will definitely be back if we're ever in the market for different bikes or accessories!

Can't even begin to elaborate how pleased and satisfied I am with their services. And allow me to mention, I did my homework! Going even as far as San Dimas cyclery and Downey Ebikes. To begin with, particularly Dave, the manager at Fullerton Ebikes and his assistant. Their courtesy, friendliness, and NO pressure NO stress, cool, calm, and collected demeanor and professionalism is beyond reproach. Completely 100% PLUS satisfied with my Malibu GT step-thru thanks to Dave's guidance, patience and knowledge of ebikes. Even going as far as visiting the manufacturer's showroom down in Fountain Valley. Then ordering the ebike at Fullerton Ebikes and having the box delivered and bike assembled at Fullerton Ebikes, an authorized dealer. Wanting to purchase it from Fullerton Ebikes to give them the sale credit and so I have a dependable, reliable, honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional place to shop and store where to bring my bike for service. Not enough positive adjectives in the English language to describe their exemplary service

I haven’t had a chance to step into the store but I definitely plan to, especially after the informative conversation I had with Fabian. His Customer service and knowledge is outstanding.
I have the Sondors fold electric bike and recently started having battery problems. I couldn’t figure it out so took it back to the shop I purchased it from. The bike mechanic explained to me the problem but I wanted a
Second opinion because It didn’t make sense to me. I wasn’t sure if they were being truthful so I called fullerton bike shop for a second opinion. I’m happy I did because Fabian answered all my questions. He took his time explaining everything to me very thoroughly. They have a future in-store customer for sure! I appreciate the outstanding customer service and will gladly spend money with a Company that is personable and truly cares. Unfortunately, Majority of companies have No morals and aren’t honest, it’s usually only about making the sale. Unless I have spent money with them, they won’t even share knowledge; and IF they help, Its entirely based upon how much of a profit they made off me.

The guy at the counter said NO Buying Bike at this store, NO Service.

I have acquired an old first gen ESR 750 GoPed

Hopefully these guys can help me with a whole bunch of other GoPeds that I have to get old style patmont motorworks wheels and tires.

After all these years these guys are still in business yay!
At least he possibly will have access to the patmont guys

It sure is nice to come across a company that looks to succeed by doing the right thing.

An expensive mis diagnoses on the bike shop's part
was remedied at no cost to me.

I will buy my next bike here because I can trust them to do right by their customers.
