They prescribed a difficult-to-administer liquid medication for our cat, even though pills with the same ingredients were available. Later when we asked for pills, they insisted on a recheck, and their service was both rude and unprofessional.

Our dog, Garvey, gives them five stars. He was itching and scratching to the point he was bleeding. I called and they got him right in. Everyone was friendly and you could tell they loved pets. They diagnosed the problem, recommended a course of action, which they explained. We were happy with their recommendations and Garvey agreed. By the time we got home he was already feeling better. No scratching and a restful day and evening. Thank you for taking care of Garvey!

I was recommended by a family member. Prices are really reasonable. Nice and clean office. They answer all your concerns.

Was rescheduled two days before the date and different times, which was discussed the week prior. I missed my appointment and was never called back to rescheduled Instead, I called and waited on the phone after a 10 min "brief" hold just to get voicemail that they are at lunch. Please call back

I took my 10 months-old kitten there for her spay surgery and I was more than happy with everything. From their friendly manner towards concerned pet owners, to the cleanliness of the place, to the professional care they provided for my kitten. They listened and answered all my concerns thoroughly. The price of the surgery was also very reasonable compared to other vet clinics. I read some reviews saying they promise a percent off if you leave a good review for them. Based on my experience, that is NOT TRUE AT ALL! They have received all these good reviews simply because they deserved it!

I saw this vet with my dog on March 17,2023. Make sure that you have a serious conversation with this vet about their approach to vet care. This doctor is wonderful, but we parted ways over an ethical issue about my dog's care.

She is an advocate for your animal, and she will treat them aggressively until there is nothing more that can be done. While I was in the exam room, I listened to another dog cry pitifully for 20 minutes. I wondered why no one was comforting this poor animal. Finally she walked into my room and told me that she had just euthanized that dog. He had brain cancer and one other issue with his brain. If I had been the owner of that dog, I would have lost my mind.

I use very few medical services for myself. There will be no chemotherapy, dialysis, amputations, feeding tubes, breathing tubes. I feel the same way about treating my animals.

On July 12,2023, my dog's condition had deteriorated to the point that he had no quality of life anymore. I found a local vet who put my dog to sleep.

Red Flag: Reviews are incentivized. They post that you can get $20 off. All the positive 5 star reviews are paid for.

I've been to many vets in my lifetime to know which vets and and their staff truly love and care about your pets. This is not one of them. You can tell how they treat you and your pet, specifically your pet. They may be nice to the human but they are not that caring for your pets - they ignore them unless they need to directly touch your pet.

Their prices are 50% higher than other vets. I tried them out because I moved to a new city and when comparing costs for the same medications and treatments, this facility charges way more.

They are not transparent in their pricing. They did not obtain my approval for the prices before performing them. I was sticker shock to see my visit was around $1500 and by then, what else can I do but pay.

Somehow while I was there, a few pets were advised on their thyroid meds. Coincidence?

They are totally against natural fresh food and push for overly processed kibble. How can a vet recommend overly processed kibble vs fresh food? Concerned about nutrients? There are so many supplements out there that help support that. Rather than work with the pet owner on this, they shame them by purposely saying that they are wearing gloves because our dog eats fresh food.

Do not recommend. Stay away.

This place is so remarkable with its personnel and doctors. My little dog feels so much more at ease here than any other place. I feel confident that my dog gets the best care for him. Can't say enough about the good things about this veterinarian hospital.

I've been coming here since I moved to anaheim. As soon as Dr Carrillo took over the practice many needed changes occurred. Truly one of the best veterinarians I've ever been to.

They give excellent service with compassion, kindness. The place very clean.

The staff here are very kind and sensitive to the stress and worry that I am having about my baby’s health. They are all women and that is really awesome. The staff and doctor really listen and communicate clearly and kindly which is so important when you are stressed, worried, and all over the place mentally during a time of uncertainty about your dog’s life and health.

This place is great until something goes wrong, that’s when people and business show their true color. Their owner Ericka couldn’t and wouldn’t take responsibility for the damages she has caused. Offering 20 dollars off for leaving a review. Don’t let the paid stars fool you. Avoid this location.

We started coming to this vet by word of mouth and so happy we did. We take our cats and dogs and always have the best experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and we feel extremely comfortable taking our animals here. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone searching for a new forever vet for their pets!

Not professional they pushback here wich is totally abnormal. /I'm a former professional breeder with over 33 years experience.they practice mistakes here not results. Also price is double not inline with what is normal.i do not feel in my opinion me or my pet were treated appropriately. I'm moving on.

I am utterly disappointed and deeply saddened by the negligent treatment my dog received at Fullerton Regional Hospital. My poor pup went in for a routine neutering surgery but ended up contracting kennel cough due to the incompetence of the staff. I feel compelled to share my horrifying experience to warn other pet owners about the risks involved in entrusting their beloved companions to this veterinary office.
During the surgery itself, it is evident that minimal precautions were taken to prevent my dog from contracting kennel cough. The staff failed to provide a safe and sterile environment, which ultimately led to my dog's illness. I expected a reputable veterinarian's office to adhere to strict protocols, but instead, they showed a complete disregard for the well-being of my pet.
Moreover, the lack of proper isolation protocols was unforgivable. My dog was exposed to other sick animals in the recovery area, exacerbating the risk of infection. It is clear that the staff did not prioritize the health and safety of their patients, as they should have maintained proper segregation to prevent the spread of contagious diseases.
When I brought up my concerns to the veterinarian after my dog started displaying symptoms of kennel cough, their response was dismissive and lacking in empathy. They seemed uninterested in addressing the issue and did not provide any useful guidance on how to handle the situation. I expected a level of professionalism and accountability, but instead, I was met with indifference.
I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the veterinary office's negligence. Not only did they fail to protect my dog's health during his surgery, but they also displayed a lack of care and compassion when addressing the consequences of their actions. As a pet owner, it is devastating to witness such neglect and disregard for animal welfare.
I strongly urge anyone considering using Fullerton Regional Hospital to think twice. The well-being of your pets should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this office has proven itself to be incapable of providing the necessary care and attention. Save yourself the heartache and seek out a reputable veterinary clinic that prioritizes the health and safety of your beloved companions.
My dog's suffering could have been avoided if the staff at Fullerton Regional Hospital had upheld the basic standards of veterinary care. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others and prompts the necessary changes to ensure that no more pets fall victim to their negligence.

It was good experience, I appreciate the staff and how they took their time to explain things to us. We felt very welcomed, will definitely be coming back!
