Referred here by my orthopedic spine doctor until I can arrange a for surgery on my back for a pars fracture. I have a history of spinal cord injury and have been living in extreme pain for years. I have seen all 3 doctors and they are all amazing. For the first time for longer than I can remember I have minimal pain in my back. I feel like I can go on vacation and not be limited with what I can do. 5+ stars all the way.

Dr Nini is caring, straight forward and highly knowledgeable with all the up to date and cutting-edge medical technology. He truly understands the challenges facing those suffering chronic pain and all its complications. I have a difficult and unique medical case; my husband drives me all the way from Cambria to be under Dr. Nini expertise.

Dr. Nini’s clinics are very nice with modern design and kept immaculate! Scheduling appointments are easy, the good news…theirs’s a full staff of friendly receptionists available during office hours.

Finding a pain management Physician can be tedious and overwhelming experience.

I was very fortunate be referred to him by my Orthopedic surgeon.

Dr Nini, Dr Lee and Dr Nomoto all helped me with major pain in my lower back. With epidural injections and some pain medication they were able to substantially reduce my pain and get me back on my feet. Dr Nomoto performed a microdiscectomy on my L4-L5 disc. This immediately cleared the compression on my nerve bundle. The doctors and all of the staff were cordial and most helpful. Thank you!

Dr. Nini is the only reason I am able to live how I want to live. My work requires me to be very active and because of him, I have successfully avoided multi level fusion surgery on my neck and lower back for years. He always works with me to find the right strategy - I can’t imagine going to anyone else.

From the appointment scheduling to attentive receptionist the professionalism is dearly noted. I had selective nerve root block operation " shoots". The staff from the pre operation nurse gathering admin medical history information, informative anesthesiologist giving a warm a fuzzy to waking up to an almost angelic nurse from my home state. I was so worked up before but felt completely at ease under there care. My recovery is going smooth with no complications.

I was having terrible neck muscle pain, and no one could make it go away. With Dr. Nini’s excellent treatment and guidance (and a referral to physical therapy), I was able to return to my normal lifestyle. I’ve referred friends to Dr. Nini, and I would absolutely recommend that anyone who needs help with pain from a neck or back injury set up an appointment at his office.

Dr. Nini is simply the best! I had suffered from a really bad sciatica for about 3 months before I went to see Dr. Nini. Literally I had tried everything during that time but nothing worked. I came to their office a total train wreck. Chronic pain from numerous surgeries and oseo arthritis throughout my body. I was hurting & very frustrated with previous Dr's giving up and telling I needed more surgery. What I noticed first about Dr Nini was he asked me questions and explained what he saw from the films I provided. He immediately offered trigger shots to help relieve the pain. And came up with a treatment plan. He had me to go through epi's, the exploratory phrase to ID which nerves could be ablated. He did a lot hand holding. His surgery clinic staff is awesome! They are on point with everything.
Very detailed oriented. At no time have I ever felt uncomfortable with these people. My care has always been their primary concern. When I do go for procedures I really feel I'm among friends. Very low turn over of staff there. Which for me is an excellent sign. They have the best folks there. Dr Lee is also very caring. They really want to know how are you feeling. I started doing my own research regarding stem cell therapy (prp). Dr Nini was open to talk about it re the potential benefits of the treatment.
Well I tried it! Dr Nini did it in a sterile environment, no guess work on where to inject. WELL FOLKS! IT WORKED FOR ME! THE inflammation left, no pain, I could rest at night and I could move.
I just cried for joy! Only another who is in Chronic pain can appreciate when there is no PAIN. And NOT drugged up.
Dr Nini and Dr Lee, you gentlemen GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK. I'm walking up to 5 miles a day, lost 20 lbs & working out. Ya'll gave ME my smile back! Thank you so much!

The service here is kind.phone calls and front desk have been very well acknowledged.
