Fun Bike Center reviews
34Just had a great experience at fun bike center today, 5-star rating. The service and support are unmatched, Dustin is the man. They were very reasonable with the sale, and I’ll definitely be recommending my friend and family here. Thanks Dustin and Robert.
Friendly service, answered all my questions. Worked with me to get the right terms for my purchase.
I sent an inquiry about a Kawasaki Vulcan I saw on Fun Bike Centers website and Anthony Lynch responded. We set up a time to meet and Anthony answered all my questions. The bike was still in the warehouse in a crate but Anthony had the bike assembled for me the next day. We settled on a great price and the bike was sold! Anthony handled everything including financing. Thanks for a simple and satisfying motorcycle purchase Anthony. With Fun Bike Centers help "Let the good times roll. ":)
Overpriced they act like they're the only shop in town and they're losing money on every deal meanwhile the owners flaunt their wealth.
Got my 3rd bike from them, and each time I've had great service. Whether it's helping my parents or giving me a lift home, the staff do try and help out. Are you going to find the cheapest prices, probably not, but they're a business. Things aren't priced ridiculously to begin with so you still get decent pricing. Huge selection of bikes and gear. Probably will end up with a 4th bike later on.
Bought my first motorcycle here, total price a bit higher than I expected due to all the extra costs. Some products are overpriced. Customer service is ok, but they have one of the best selections of motorcycles in here. They also sell motorcycle gear, but I recommend going to cyclegear, which is nearby. Overall, worth checking out if you're planning to buy a motorcycle in San Diego
Way Overpriced, and negotiate price. "Would not budge" Guess thats why new 2016 bikes on showroom floor
Went here today. Already precalculated the tax and registration fees before I came and had a check made out. Brought in $250 cash to pay for any dealer fees which is a generous amount. Well turns out their dealer fee is $575. There was also a freight charge of $330.
Walked out empty handed and wont be purchasing from them.
Your Sales and Service Department are great. All my maintenance is done here because the integrity of your staff. Kudo's to you guys and gals.
Last week we requested a quote on Jetskis, got the email and a lot of calls from Lorenzo doing follow ups on the quote, we finally get there ready to buy two jetskis and a trailer cash and no salesperson available for over 30 minutes! We drove 3 hrs to get there and walked out with empty hands. Really bad salespersons!
Had a bit of a difference between the price quoted for my fork seal replacement and the actual price charged. Tyler, the Service Manager, reached out to me to make things right. Couldn't ask for more, thanks a lot!
While they did OK on my recent order, I still am not a big fan. History has shown (me personally) that they only care about money, not the customer.
Very good experience I'm giving five some lady called to let me know a part had arrived but she didn't leave her name; I was hoping she was going to tell me that everything was for pickup. Wes, the guy who helped me order the parts; cool and very professional. Will recommend to my friends.
Parts counter guy was knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. Prices were in line with internet.
