They sent me the wrong remote control for my TV, when I contacted them and they sent me the right one, and I hadn't mailed the wrong one back yet. If I ever need another one that they have in stock I will be ordering from Funai Corporation

Despite Funai's major problems today on cost-cutting quality, but back in the mid-1980s when it was totally different, Funai's vintage VHS VCRs were once rated most-reliable by Consumer Reports. I still have my 1985 Symphonic VHS VCR today that is still running great, and it has outlasted billions of other VHS VCRs worldwide from all makes. It's surprisingly more-reliable and more-durable than Panasonic and Sony.
