Fur Real Pet Grooming, Carlsbad CA

We came here on a recommendation, the owner told us to come right when they open at 9am and he would be done by 12pm. When my mother went to pick up our pup, after 3 hours he had only been washed. When she came back at 1: 30 the second time they told us to arrive, they still needed another 30 mins. It’s unacceptable to take 5 hours. They left him in a kennel the whole time as well because he was scared of her two giant dogs that roam freely. Now he is absolutely terrified of going to the groomers. He never had that issue before coming here, we came once as it was recommended by other doodle parents and never again. Will continue to go to Sydnees because they make appointments, take their time with your pet and dont overload their staff with more dogs than they can handle. Im so sorry to my pup Milo for putting him through such a traumatic experience.

This place is cheap, but not the best in my opinion.

Didn’t do what they say they will do. Over charge and out dogs in kennels longer than need be

Loki is a Golden Doddle and has been seeing Julie for about 2 years. I love her. And respect her decision’s for Loki beauty care. Julie is a very busy Dog and Cat Groomer. Julie has even taken Loki home because we had our signals mixed up. It was such a sweet gesture but Julie is just that real of a person. Took my 7 month old whoodle puppy for her first grooming. Julie, the owner and groomer did a great job.

They did such a great job and reasonably priced! I went here for the first time today and loved my experience. My dog actually smelt good unlike other places I have been. Will definitely be going back!

Always great customer service, speedy service, Also starting a dog day care which sounds like an amazing place to leave my 4 in the near future.

I hate having my first review be a negative one but I’m just so upset of seeing my dog in pain due to negligence. I took both my schnauzer and German shepherd to get groom on Saturday. My shepherd had a bath and came out smelling the same. My schnauzer got a “schnauzer cut” which in the middle of her appointment I got a call saying she was matted so they were going to shave her. I don’t ever remember seeing knots on my dogs hair but since they said she was in pain I said go on. Once I picked up my dogs I was never told there was an accident or a cut which I understand could happen. I am 4 days in with my schnauzer. I have called and left voicemail for this place with no reply. I have spent more money than expected trying to heal my dog. She is in extreme pain and this has just been a nightmare financially. Please save your pups from all this. I am extremely surprised there isn’t anyone else with this type of review I wish I would’ve read before.

Julie is amazing! She took care of our dogs with anxiety and groomed them and they are so beautiful and usually The grooming doesn't come out very well because they're so anxious. Julie has a way with dogs. She is the dog whisperer. I will never not come here this place is the best. Tell them Austin sent you!

The team here is just amazing. Every month of so I take my dog and they always do a great job. I also don't ask for much in regards to hair style so they work their magic every single time and go advice and beyond!

So glad I found Julie and Katie! They took my Honey Bee in with no appointment for her very first bath, nail trim, etc. Will recommend them highly to everyone I know!

Julie is so great with my skit so dog that I couldn't believe it. And the cut of my dog was perfect.

They did a pretty good job, I know my little girl fights when you hold her so I'm gonna give them another chance. They nicked her a few times and she hurt. She had awful fleas so I am pretty understanding this time. I did however like the ladies there.
