Can't recommend this place enough! I worked with Evan who is very informative and keeps you updated on the work that needs to be done and how long it will take to complete. I came here after I had two friends recommend the shop and I am glad I took their advice.

Very accommodating and after a great experience, a friend confirmed how her landlord keeps trying to get her to go there.

L have been taking my car to Furgerson's ever since I moved to Carlsbad in the fall of 2019. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I live in a retirement community and Furgerson's was recommended to me by several of the residents because of their excellent service and willingness to drive you back and forth while your car is being serviced. For those of us senior citizens who may not have family in the area, the drive back and forth is really important. All personnel are knowledgeable and friendly and their rates are very reasonable. Try them! You'll never use anyone else again.

Furgerson’s is the only garage that I have used for over 10 years. It’s that good, in fact I recommended it to my Grandson who was equally pleased with both the quality of workmanship & the price.

I have been going to Fugerson's Garage for over three decades. I have always known whenever I leave my car there it is in excellent hands and that I can trust them to take care of me too. I can not recommend them highly enough.

This place is A+ start to finish. Every person on their staff is communicative and friendly. The managers are super transparent and crazy fast with estimates too.

I was in a tough situation when I arrived at Furgerson's and had no clue how to handle it, but throughout the entire process I felt cared for and comfortable asking questions.

Perfect experience.
A warm welcome and prompt service for a smog check, even without a reservation. The wait was less than half an hour. Easy and fast checkout and I was on my way. Their association with AAA helped with a nice discount, too! I have recommended Furgersons to several friends.

We had to have a brake and light inspection done to recertify our van. They did excellent work.

The team kept me very informed to make good decisions.

Awesome customer service. Very friendly staff. Greeted me immediately and had mechanic take my truck for a smog. In and out quickly.

Wow instantly got a terrible attitude and felt very rushed from the guy at the front desk. Went in for a quote and they were insanely higher and overpriced for a simple ac service and he told me it could be even as expensive as replacing my car.absolutely just a sales guy because sadly I have worked in sales and know dishonesty when I see it and exactly the reason I got out of it. If you think you paying for quality and that’s why it’s expensive please check around because there are some very honest people who need the support way more than this shop during the pandemic we are in. They could really stand to offer fair prices to support the community. Sorry guys just 2 big thumbs down

Way over priced, by a huge stretch, charged me 500 dollars to put a new battery cable on, highly unrecommended

Over priced ($450 front end brake job), too much upsell (hard sell ans scare tactics on "dangerous" possibilities), did not share details of recommended repairs. Very very disappointed with an old favorite.

Although I love to discount shop for allot of stuff.
When it comes to my beloved Honda Odyssey Van, I don't take any chances.
Furgeson's Garage has been around for years. There not your budget auto shop, there the folks you bring a car to when you want dealer quality service and more.
I highly recommend Furgeson's Garage.

They always do a terrific job. The mechanics are first rate. I had a new car they serviced from the start, its since been passed to my grandson and now has 300,000 miles. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
