Angelique was very helpful and patient. She helped us find the right sofas since the other product we looked at was not going to fit. She ordered us this color. It was not going to available until April 4th but it was available almost the next day. The warehouse sent the wrong color but she went out of her way on her day off to have the right items sent to us the same day! I will continue to purchase here in the future! My wife and I purchased a dining room table a yr ago. Attempted to cancel before they dropped it off. We were told they can't accept our cancelation and therefore they still dropped it off. In less than a week, the paint started to peel. We sent pictures and were told that the issue will be resolved. The employee said they will send us a replacement more than 6 months ago. Till this day we haven't received it. My daughter called yesterday to check the status of the issue and was told that they discontinued making and selling that dining room table. So what now!? When my wife has called to check on it, she's pretty much getting scolded like a child saying they r working on the issue.this will be the last time we make a purchase at this store and will let others know as well. Until this issue is resolved, this post will remain!

If I can give them no stars, I would. We've called multiple times. Teresa sold my mom a table with 6 chairs. She called to cancel before they delivered. They said they can't accept her cancellation. Still dropped off the table. In less than a week, the paint started to peel off. We called, sent pictures and were told that it would be handled. Till this day, the issue has not been resolved and now my mom is stuck with a table and a charge because the company stopped making the table. That information wasn't provided to us until just yesterday when I called to check on it. My mom was told they would send a replacement last 2 months that she called. Hoooow? If they stopped making and selling the table? It's ridiculous! I would not make another purchase at this store and I will pass the word of what is being done!

This place has the best prices in the valley. I always come back because of the great customer service. Teresa is the sweetest and the best at her job. Ask for her the whenever you visit the place

Teresa was the absolute sweetest. She had all the patience for us when we went to get our bedroom set. Everyone at the store was very professional, delivered and installed within a week. It was such a pleasure doing business with them and we will definitely be going back for more furniture.
