My recliner broke down, the day after Thanksgiving. I visited Matress Mike that day. They had me try out numerous recliners. I am very tall, plus size, elderly and physically challenged. The salesman was very knowledgeable and very patient. We found a comfortable Lazyboy within my budget. They delivered it to my home, set it up and removed the broken one within 2 hours. I waited a week just to make sure the recliner suited my needs.
I am very happy with it and I thank Mattress Mike for such fine service.

Although there was a full cast of friendly staff I interacted with, I was primarily assisted by Ryan on the sales floor. Ryan was extremely professional, informative, friendly and courteous. The entire experience to me seemed genuine & leaves you feeling glad you brought your business to a place that appreciates it. Highly recommend.

Awful experience in the new Sears location. Hardly anyone to help you. When a salesperson eventually approaches, they are rude and have no time to discuss product. They just lost a large sale. We came to buy but left disgusted.

Mike is amazing and honest business man! I would highly recommend his business to anyone who needs bedding or a matress. I would definitely purchase my next couch here next time too. We bought one from Macy's and the do not like at all after a year. NEXT time we need a couch I will come to Mattress Mike for sure!

Such a patient and helpful staff. I called three times asking questions and then doing research; costco, amazon etc. However, Mattress Mike was so helpful and had the perfect mattress for our bunk beds. We explained our needs, and they knew their stuff. BOOM! Sale complete, and we feel very good about our purchase. Friendly service, good prices. Definitely worth it to hunt them down, and stop by and shop adjustable beds, chairs, etc.

What a wonderful mattress buying experience! We were looking for a twin mattress for our 9 year old and Mike helped us out honestly and efficiently. Everything in his store is good quality with the bonus of being American made. The mattress was delivered to our house within two hours of buying it. Amazing service. We will definitely return to buy other furniture as needs arise. I highly, highly recommend this store!

Hello everyone
This is my experience with mikes mattress’s.
My mother needed a new mattress, and I picked up the phone and talked to mike personally and explained
My mother’s situation and also explained on how blunt, and difficult she can be sometimes and he laughed
It off’ and said that he totally understand to bring her in and he’ll take care of her. (at that time you had to make a appointment due to covid)
We got there on a Sunday and, ”mike was there, treated us with a smile and was nice as can be (as well as the staff smiles everywhere) walked us through the line of beds, told my mother to lie on each bed as if she was home sleeping.she finally found a bed that she never bought before that was a memory foam mattress and explained it had a 90 day return. (she likes firm mattresses) I told my mother that it’s her call to on buying it (because I did not want her to say I told her that it was a good deal, this is the right mattress for you ext! I know her to good) so she said that this is the one) u see it takes about 3 months to order a mattress set.at that time due to coved and mike had said that he would do his best to get it in three weeks so that my mother wouldn’t have to sleep on her living room couch so long. (on other long story!)
So we were very surprised that it was delivered in that time, ok hear we go” after a week she had told me that it was to soft and she wanted to return it? I called and spoke to mike, and hew was totally understanding told us to come back, and we when the next day spoke to a gentleman that help us (mike informed him on the situation! Told us it was mikes day off, it really was.)
He was nice as ever, very professional and very educated on all the line of mattresses that they sold!
Very patient with my mother that can be very difficult at time (bless her! Love her more then she could ever know) as he was explains to her that the mattress that she wanted was the best for the one she was looking for explained the policy that came with it.and told her to lay on it for a wile.she did like for maybe 15 minutes.and we purchase and luck was on our side because it was in stock in there warehouse and received it the next day

Family, they want the best mattress that is the best one for you, they listen, there very professional! They were very polite, and had all the patience with my mother, (and you know that “saying “ nobody messes with my ma’ma,). They keep there word, no hassles, great staff that’s very knowledgeable on their sales lineup

Our family has been a customer of Mattress Mike's for years. My most recent purchase- a sectional sofa back in July 2015- they delivered and set-up with the usual friendly and prompt service. It's been a great sofa. Cut to March 2021 and I attempted to take apart and reconnect the end piece for whatever reason. And I couldn't do it- I called Mattress Mike and even though it had been so many years they came over within two hours to fix it for me. Amazing service, and why I continue to be a loyal customer. -Chris

You can have your Harvard and Wharton School's of Business, but no school is going to teach what genuine customer service is. Mike's is the true example of what good customer service is and how to treat customers. With all the furniture stores in Santa Barbara consolidating or going out of business, I have no doubt Mike's will be the standout furniture store in town for years to come.
