I bought a bed frame from a reseller of Furniture of America and subsequently lost about half the hardware I needed to put it together. I called their service dept and Kristie was able to hook me up with a replacement set rather quickly! Thank you for your prompt assistance with this!

We recently moved into a new house and needed to furnish it from top to bottom. We have selected several pieces from Furniture of America. Only one has had an issue with a piece that was not in working order. I called with FOA and spoke with Kristie who was top notch and handled the issue immediately. She opened a case and has kept me informed via email. I will continue to purchase furnishing from Furniture of America.

What great company! Ordered chairs from Wayfair and was referred to FOA to get the issues sorted out. Kristie has been beyond helpful would purchase from them again.

Overall wasn't a bad visit.
Be prepared to load your own trailer, dispatch didn't inform me of this, sat in my truck for almost an hour till I went to go check on the progress, everything was waiting on me and no one thought to go knock on my door. Be prepared to do some walking. Once you arrive, you check in with the dock guys- they give you a door, then you go check in with shipping, they give you paperwork to take back to the dock guys, after loaded, dock guys gives you paperwork to take back to shipping, they give you paperwork to take back to the dock guys, then. You get your bills. Alot of back and forth. Alot of heavy lefting. No overnight parking. Overall not a bad place, everyone are real friendly.

Kristie was an excellent help to me when I needed replacement screws for my cherry wood dining chair. I highly recommend her.

This company makes quality furniture and they stand behind it 100%. Very pleased with the kitchen table and chairs. The description and photos accurately represent the product - it’s perfect. I had a question on chair assembly and Kristie was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. She not only described the procedure, but she sent written instructions too. I accidentally stripped a few bolts and she was quick to send me replacements at no charge. WONDERFUL experience and will definitely use them in the future.

I purchased this set of shelves via Overstock.com, but am reviewing the brand and manufacturer Furniture of America. I love these shelves! They are so very unique and add so much to my living room. There is so much style there, they've become a focal point. They are perfect for displaying the collection of vintage pottery and glass I inherited. I called in some reinforcements to assemble, the variety of sizes and shapes of the shelves are pretty intimidating. After a little trial and error, my brothers did a terrific job. Total assembly and putting them in place took about almost 3 hours. I would suggest a 6' table to elevate while assembling, save your back. I highly recommend these shelves and Furniture of America! 5 stars!

We ordered a really nice chair set that we had been looking at for a long time from this company. Despite what looked like a very good packing job, one of the chairs had some minor damage from shipping. Unfortunately this appeared to be the last set available and they were on back-order far into the future. I called and talked to their customer service department. They were absolutely fantastic to work with. I got the impression that it was "all-hands-on-deck" to find a replacement and take care of us. They were able to find one last set in their warehouse and sent it to us very quickly. Communication was fantastic throughout the process. Everyone we worked with was super polite and bent over backwards to resolve the issue. This level of customer service is what distinguishes an excellent company from just an average one.
They will be our first choice in furniture shopping going forward. Thank you Kristie H.and team!
