Don't buy a Ford with a securicode door lock. My car was broken Into and they stole the master code from the cars manual. The only way to change that code is to pay Ford to install a new computer. It's a very poor design with huge safety risks.
Bought an suv, Check engine light came on with in couple hours. Brought it back and the sales man said "you bought it as is. " Then tried to convince me to get another car with payments.
Sales team was excellent, but the main Finance Manger was truly caring and didn't oversell anything.made helpful suggestions, that's it. I will shop again at Future Ford of Sacramento
John Greene was the best consultant I have ever had with respect my car. He was there to help me when I was lost as to where to go, he gave me guidance and advice that further helped get me the service I needed. I would highly recommend Future Ford and especially John for any of your service needs.
Do not recommend. Too pushy people works here. I watched Ford Raptor and after those guys I decided do not buy any Ford.
The way they handle recalls is a joke. I will never buy another car without looking up the vin and recalls ever again. I had a horrible experience buying my first car. Plus the service department is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend buying a car from here.

Future Ford is a great facility, and specifically, Barry Evert is a sales associate that is very knowledgable of cars, listens to the customer for what their specific needs are and creates a match that made me a very happy and returning customer.
Took my vehicle in for multiple issues, got it back with same issues. Paid for warranty work to be done and now the issue is worse? Won't go back there for anything.
Always friendly, helpful, and quick. There is some maintenance not covered by my extended warranty but I was not pushed to purchase the suggested maintenance. Just suggested I keep it in mind before the next checkup.

The salesman I delt with when trying to by my truck was great wasn’t pushy showed me exaclty what I wanted and I got to test drive a couple different trucks before I made my choice.

Negative 5 stars. I take my car there once for maintenance back in 2014 and I have been getting constant calls and letters from these snakes who want to buy my car. My car was totaled in an accident in 2015 and the constant reminder of a car I no longer have is really what I wake up in the morning for every day.
When I called the phone number given I was cussed out by the person answering the phone. Don't buy cars here. Don't take your car here for service. These guys are greedy af.
I have nothing but great things to say about Future Ford service department. Alex was great especially when I mistakingly thought they closed at 6pm on Saturdays. He stayed fifteen minutes after 4pm closing time to wait for me to come pick up my 2018 Ford Edge after my 10,000k service.
I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted. I handeled every detail over the phone. Purchased my new Ford Escape with the greatest of ease. The New Car Sales Manager was a dream and all of the associates at Future Ford Dealership were courteous, patient, helpful and respectful of my needs. I highly recommend this Ford Dealership and will continue my patronage in the years to come.
