Best experience of my life! Aaron, Robert and Hector were the dream team. From manager to salesman to finance so quick and easy. All future cars will be bought from them:)

Service writer was rather indifferent. Under warranty, seatbelt problem, first available appointment 1 month. I also asked about just an oil change price and was told it was $70 or $79. I mentioned it was high for 5 quarts of oil. He said that because it's synthetic. $15.00 a quart?
Sadly this is the second time I went here for warranty problems. First time was for steering wheel noise problem, surge when idling and rough/stutter at times. Still living with these problems. Car is a year and half old with less than 15,000 miles. Warranty and safety don't seem to be a concern, neither does customer service.
Buy and service your car elsewhere.

Robert Andrade was a great salesmen. He was very nice, welcoming and professional. He explained in detail everything about what to expect, at a later time i will definitely come back to buy another car, Robert was by far the best salesmen we have met, he met all of our expectations and he represents the face of kia

Derek was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. I was dreading spending all day at a dealership but he made sure that did not happen. I would definitely do business here again because of Derek!

No hassle, direct, straight to the point. I was in and out of the door in under three hours. Salesperson, Eddie Moraga was very sincere, honest, and attentive; very willing to provide additional information, go above and beyond.

I’ve had nothing but issues with the service department. Getting oil changes and routine service has been fine, but taking it in for an actual issues has been horrible. It first started about a year ago when i scheduled an apt for a check engine light. The light went off before the apt so they couldn’t do anything without that light on so this continued for months. Finally the manager said just bring it in when it comes on again and we’ll take a look. I attempted to do that and he was not there so the other sales team refused to look without an apt. After a few weeks I was finally able to have it looked at with the light on. They had to keep my car for 3 days and didn’t even offer a rental, I had to bring it up. When I got my car back I noticed it sounded louder than normal and drove kinda wonky. I had a friend test drive to see if they noticed, which they did. They said it was idling too high and having a hard time going into drive. These are issues I did not previously have. They claimed I had a fuel line issue and that would not affect what it was now doing. I made an appointment to have it looked at again. They told me after I was already dropping the car off that I would be responsible for payment not my warranty if they couldn’t find anything wrong. Shockingly they found nothing, they offered to keep my car over night to see if it would happen first thing when starting it. They did not offer a rental this time which I could not be without a car for a day or two. I paid and picked the car up. It some how sounded a little better which was odd since they found nothing wrong. Now a few weeks later, my car smells like something is burning when I go over 50 and it’s struggling to even start. It’s getting worse by the day and I’m honestly scared to even take it back to the Clovis Kia service department. I’m not sure if I’ve just had bad luck or if they’re just not doing their job.

I loved that place we purchase our car there but second time we went to lease a car they told us we couldn't that we can only get approved to purchase a car and the employee helping us told us this " I GAVE THE PREVIOUS COSTUMER WHO END UP BUYING A CAR TO HELP YOU AND YOU DIDN'T GET A CAR" we wanted to lease not purchase we were clear since we got to the dealership this was not acceptable.

Robert & Ed were great. Made my experience smooth and easy. Treated me respectfully as a woman buying a car on my own. Got me in the exact vehicle I had chosen on line. During my test drive with Ed he explained all the features as we drove along. I left with a big smile on my face and the keys to my new car in hand. Thank you guys. Two thumbs up.

Ed Osuna our sale person was very knowledgeable about the KIA product and easy to work with.
We would not have purchased the car if not for Eds outstanding customer service.
KIA has an great warranty on their vehicles

Just wanted to sit in a Sorento and see how comfortable it was. Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable but a bit pushy about sitting down and talking pricing. We have use their service department and they were great. I'd give the service dept. 4.5 stars.

Frank is a really bad salesman. Made me cry.really bad experience and been bad ever since.my car doesn't even work now.

I bought a KIA at CarMax, with many issues, two of them the Bluetooth & Smart Key. (after many tries, it might work, I leave, it fails.) On 30 day warranty, CarMax took it to KIA. After a week, I got my car back.

It failed, went back to CarMax, they said KIA did their 125 checkpoint, or whatever, that it works fine, to go back to them. I went back twice. KIA played around with it, then said go back to Carmax. Carmax says go to KIA!

We are still in the process of figuring out what vehicle is right for us but Hector and the manager were very kind and a great help during our search, if we plan to buy a Kia then this is who we will do business with.

Terrible service department. Sales department not much better. Kia are great cars but find another dealership to buy from.

Helpful low pressure sales person, but SUV model didn't meet our needs. Bought elsewhere, but would go back if shopping for a different vehicle.

I arrived at the Kia branch on 4.3.2108 and meet a really nice salesman who helped me understand what the advantages of the Kia Sportage vehicles gave me the option to choose between 2 vehicles. Of course, what would pay me more would help me in the price. The next day we had a meeting but that guy did not feel well and transferred me To another salesperson, before I got to the meeting I got a proposal at a competitor and when I got to the meeting I explained to the new guy that I checked the company competes with the costs and compare the vehicle to the car very similar externally and internally and of course technical specifications, the guy could equal the price or could not match the price is less interesting, I explained that I was interested only in a particular model and 2018, the guy hold me over an hour and a half and pressed me to buy another car. Even when I said several times thanks, it simply did not interest me and he continued to try to sell me a used car and an older one, I explained to him how many times I want a new car 2018 and if I can't get the price I can agree, just let me go and buy the car from the rival company, the guy finally released me but not very pleasant and made me think if I want to buy Kia in the future, I am really disappointed with the service. And of course I will not recommend.
