Future of Nissan in Folsom was such an awesome dealership.everybody there were friendly and courteous and very professional.both Jeff and Kevin are sales persons there and they explained everything to me about the sale of the jeep renegade sport in detail. I highly appreciate both of those guys, they did a fantastic job, thank you! So much for such a beautiful beautiful ride.

Service rep was great. I felt wait time given was accurate but still longer than an oil change and tire rotation should take-1 1/2 hours. It didn't appear paper or plastic cover was used on car seats because when car was delivered to me there was a dark blue or black pen mark on driver's seat. Really not cool. I just hope anyone who was in my vehicle was wearing a mask. I saw some service members walking around without one. But I'm happy to have service complete and I liked service rep.

Had the best experience ever @ a dealership Saturday at Future Nissan in Folsom. Nicole in the service department, made me a believer, the next new car will be at Future Nissan. Five stars!

Very grateful for this place when we first started our credit score was 520 now it's over 700 because we have been leasing wow now we just bought our car wow look at GOD thanks Nissan dealership

Worst customer service by the service department. I’ll never go back to Folsom again. I would rather drive 40 miles to Elk Grove.

I absolutely love and 100% love this Place. I bought my car 2 years ago and have been taking my car in for maintenance every 3 or so months (whenever required) as well as when it was recently “acting up”. Chris and Addison have always treated me with respect and have never tried to upsell or cheat me. If I ask a question in regards to what I may need they give me honest advice. I recently took my car in because I felt like there was something wrong with my transmission. They forewarned me it may be the worse case scenario (new transmission). Sure enough it was. I received a rebuilt transmission with any new part they could have used and another mechanic (the best in the shop that Chris assigned this project to). I did not pay a dime! Yes, I have a warranty BUT most mechanic shops would have added something that wasn’t covered to make money. My car runs so smooth (They know it’s my baby) better than when I first bought it.

I have never taken my anywhere else and never will. I give them a 100%, 5 Star rating and that very rarely happens.

I paid extra for them to rotate my tires and they didn’t rotate them and now my back tires are toast. I dropped it off for a warranty claim and they wanted to charge me 1300$ for a sensor that costs 22$ and I replaced in 5 minutes.they gave me a “free” car wash but it was just a 1$ off coupon so I ended having to buy a car wash.they left oil and grease smudges all across the side of my car as well.good salesmen but their service department is absolutely garbage. I will never go there again.

I was in need of a Family vehicle to seat 6 and I contacted the sales team at Future Nissan of Folsom, I gave them my budget for what would work best for us and they matched us up Perfectly with the right vehicle, Payment, interest rate, but most importantly there sales team were Highly Motivated and Very Knowledgeable, From the General Manager Justin Sutterfield, Don and Zack Laughlin we drove off the car dealership lot Extremely Happy and Excited about all of the things we will be able accomplish together as a Family.

I had a very good experience with my Nissan maintenance service. The Asst. Service Manager, Ms. Nicole Rush was very accommodating and easily attended to having my car serviced. I can say Customer Service was excellent!

Everything about my experience was great with Future Nissan of Folsom. Justin, Don, Zach, and Jeffery were all a big help in making sure I got into a vehicle that I was happy with, and most important of all, fit my budget.

This is my second time purchasing from Folsom Nissan. Both times was a great experience. Zach L.helped me out this time and he was phenomenal! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t put any pressure on and it was a great experience.

I had great experience with the team of Nissan. Mike was very professional and made sure to keep my requirements in mind. He was thorough respectful and friendly. Don and the finance manager they all were very nice and did a great job with making my car buying experience very smooth and easy.

Brought my Rogue in for service, and they're always so up front about everything! Addison in the Service Department is always professional, even when he has to give you bad news. They always do an excellent job servicing our vehicle.

Shopping for a new Nissan Pathfinder and could not find one available in stock, so look for one in transit. But the one we were interested in came in and went before we could see it. Sales Kevin Ward helped us by locating about her possibly in the area. Meanwhile we shopped the lot and he suggested a new 2021 Murano Platinum AWD available to us. Having a2007 Murano we looked and test drove it. Great features, performance, and comfortable too. Sat down, no pressure, and a fair price negotiation. Finance director, Jeffrey Unger then explained all the paperwork involved and signed us up for the rebate and low interest rate. Overall one of the best automobile dealers and sales staff we’ve dealt with. Completely satisfied and will definitely recommend Nissan of Folsom Lake to anyone anytime.
