3This shop tries to get their apprentices to help cover the store when they can’t handle it. If you decline to come in you get fired. Men children work here.
Did not get pierced here, but I went in for an issue I had with a pre-existing ear cartilage piercing. The person on the phone was so helpful and told me to come in whenever I was ready. Going in made it more clear the staff there cared about my health and piercing and did not try to talk me into any products or services I did not need. Considering how rude other places when addressing piercings done at other places, I really appreciated that this place was nice and just wanted to help.
I put four stars as I wish I knew it was cash only before arriving and walking in, but everything else was perfect.
I got my nostril piercing/ring upgrade and my septum here, all amazing experiences! I always recommend this place to my friends since it’s so close to CSUF.
