Updated 1/11/23 - 2022 Toyota Supra - HEADACHES SINCE PICKUP!

Nationwide told me about the dropoff process and how pricing worked. Nationwide told me it was a simple dropoff, and I would have to pay deductible if the other party hadn't accepted fault (they already had.)

Upon arrival to dropoff, AJ tried to collect $500 deductible up front. I was very quickly put off by his "this is my shop, my policies" statement. I told him I could take my business elsewhere if he didn't want to honor what Nationwide told me. He quickly changed course.

My 2022 Toyota Supra was dropped off for a rear end collision it had no codes, and all tires were holding air. It was returned to me with a tire leaking air that was not leaking prior, and a code for an empty key battery. Everyone throwing their hands up saying not their issue. The body work was decent. I was also not supposed to pay a deductible and now have to wait for a reimbursement. Nationwide instantly issued me a check that I now have to wait 15 days for because there was little/no follow up by office staff here.

I'm now on my 3rd day of trying to solve the problems this shop has left me with. Toyota is now telling me I have to take my new car to BMW. Every time I get in my car and hear the BMW Gong go off for an issue that wasn't there upon dropoff I feel more and more like this shop ruined a car I wanted my whole life.

G & C Auto Body in Benicia (especially Theresa and AJ), provided wonderful, skilled service to bring a bright side to an unfortunate rear-ending of my car. They were kind and very helpful throughout, explained everything and the car looked like new when they were done. You could not tell any parts were new and they matched my car's unique blue/green color beautifully. They also made the process even smoother but being able to receive/return some cars for some of the rental agencies. 5-star service!

James was very helpful! Not only did he have my care back to me the same day but he dropped and picked me up. He communicated well and did his best to give me the a fair price. The whole staff was kind and helpful. I will definitely be going back.

Did not stand by their sub-par paint job. Unhelpful manager. Will not use again.

I want to thank everyone at cng body shop, customer service and the repair on my Tundra was outstanding! Thanks for the fast turnaround. This shop is top notch and I recommend it to everyone!

We cannot say enough for all the help and customer service from AJ, Tyrone and team at G&C Auto Body in Benicia. Our truck was recovered after being stolen and needed a number of repairs and parts. They were so helpful and responsive to all our questions throughout the entire process, working directly with our insurance to minimize the back and fourth and our stress! They went above and beyond for us! If you're looking for a trustworthy shop with excellent customer service at that, we highly recommend!

The manager AJ Garcia is very helpful and gives his customer's what they deserve and some. And his employees are very friendly and helpful.

G&C repaired the two front inside door nobs on my HHR which had completely broken off. They completed the bid, set up a day and time to start the work.
On the scheduled day G&C was short of help. AJ, the General Manager, rose to the task and handled all incoming customers with courtesy and professionalism. He then drove me to my home here in Benicia.
When the job was completed he called, picked me up and took me back to pick up my car.
G&C, Benicia, is a "class-act". The shop is clean and orderly. The workers look professional. And at this time of Covid follow all the recommended protocols.
It is a well run business.

AJ and his team at G&C are the real deal. Car accidents are stressful and they took care of me as well I could have hoped for. If you are looking for a professional shop that won't BS you or overcharge, this is the spot in Benicia. Thanks for all your help guys!

AJ the manager is very professional and pleasant. His communication was excellent keeping me informed on my car repairs. Him and his staff did an excellent job of getting me in and out the same day.
