Timely and courteous. Pumped the tank, cut out roots and all in about an hour. Very pleased. We certainly recommend G&C to anyone with septic issues.
They were able to get me in early and the gentleman was very professional friendly and extremely helpful. Cost was very very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone.
Unfortunately i will never use this company again. The office girl gal me a quote for a septic pump from $300-$400 and when they completed the job it ended up being $550. I called and she said because it was in San Joaquin county, which she knew that in the first place. Even though i'm still in Galt and just a few hundred feet over county line this justifies a $250 up charge? 20 minutes worth of work and to charge that is NOT being honest or good business. I called to ask why it went up so much and she just said because your SJ County. Take what you want out of this review just thought i would share what happen to me.
I am a realtor and don't always work in this area. I contacted Tawney at G&C. She was very professional sweet and kept in contact when needed! The Tech that did the inspection was super nice and arrived on time! Dan gave my client an estimate on the work that needed to be done very quickly! They folks helped us meed our contingency periods in this transaction without a problem! I highly recommend them!

I wouldn’t recommend this company I had a really bad experience they showed up on time but they overcharged and didn’t finish the job they clean my septic and the problem inside the house gets worse I call them back and they said they are going to call me back first thing in the morning and they never call me I have to hire a Plomer and pay him for his service as well
