3Worked, for this company, lead was late most days, 45 minutes at times, did not get reimbursed or payed, for being on time. No communication, on rain schedules, some days I would show up, not knowing, we weren't working. Minimum wage pay, and they expect you to work intensely, and with the favoritism, in this, Spanish ran, business, there's no chance of getting promotions. Poor experience.
This is a company that will pay you a dollar above minimum wage for work that other companies pay double for. They are very family based and will only look out for themselves and look the other way when it's family. If injured while working they will push you through the process and ignore your request until they have a lawsuit. The field workers are great and will teach you more than the company could and great to get along with.
Is always great to have a place like GnG that's sales great tools for concrete and good price.
