Was turned away immediately because I'm homeless but yet I know dam well that I have a solid case I was previously on ssi and have severe mental health so I don't understand how u could push me away and give me a phone number to a mental health clinic after I told u I was already being treated and on medication. I tried doing it on my own appealing my daughter's denied Title II benefits. I am glad I contacted Gade & Parekh to help with the appeal because they can obtain more information from SSA than I could ever get on my own. Elizabeth and Roopin were instrumental in filing a compelling argument that my daughter deserves Title II benefits. I am happy to report we got a favorable decision from the ALJ.
