I had an experience in that shop to install a car stereo in my truck, so.
- instead of OFC wires, CCA were installed. On the photo you can see how cheap the CCA wire connects to the OFC and speaker.
- wire.from subwoofer to amp, was falling out from amp after a few days of using.
- the speaker wires were installed together with a positive cable, which made some distortion noises.
- every speaker should be connected to separate channels on the amp, but installed multiple speakers on one channel.
- no soldering on wires
I fixed that.rewired and reconnected speakers with OFC cables by myself. Installed separate speaker wires with 0 gauge positive and ground.only after that my Focals started to sound like it should, without any noises and distortions.that is a shame after 10 years of experience in the sound business, a company doesn't know electricity basics and claim they are professional.
When I went back to the shop, the owner said to me he does only body work and does not do any car audio installs, that's why he refuses refunds.probably he's the same pro with body work too.

This place is a downright scam. I called them and told them that my auxiliary system button wasn't working and they claimed that I needed a new auxiliary port even though the port is working just fine. Even after I tried to explain this to him because I have tested it and the port is working great, he still insisted on it being replaced when it is more likely just a fuse for the button itself. Scam, avoid this place at all costs as they are probably up charging a bunch of people. I was about to come here because of the good reviews but clearly these good reviews are from family and friends or just plain fake.

They are the best audio installers in the San Fernando valley, they did a great job installing a sound system on my 2015 Chevy Suburban, George and the installers and Offer the Owner of Galaxy Auto sounds are the Best!

Was recommended this place by my trusted mechanic to get my dashcam installed. $150, not including tip, for a dual channel (front and back cam) install, took a bit more than an hour.

The owner seemed like a real honest businessman, and the staff seemed very intelligent. They knew their way around car tech.

Recommend for anyone who needs gadgets installed into their car.

Galaxy and the owner Ofer is by far the BEST body shop you will find in L. A. I have been going there and referring my friends and family to them for 10 years. And they have ALWAYS done amazing work. Your car will look like nothing ever happened or it may even look better. My sister and a woman she got into an accident with took both their cars there today and Ofer's wife was absolutely a delight to deal with. She took care of both my sister and the woman who she got into he accident with, with care and compassion. Got them both rental cars on the spot and spoke directly to the insurance company to make sure everything was going to be OK. Don't be fooled by huge fancy body shops that will rip you off. These guys are honest and care about you and your car and they do amazing work. You won't be dissapointed!

When to upgrade from one sub to two subs. He offered to give me $40 for the single sub box. I agreed to give him the box for $40 upon the condition I keep my Rockford Fosgate P3 sub that was attached. The owner "misunderstood" I took the box and the sub for $40 and sold it the very next day. When I confronted him about this. His response was exactly "Business is Business, I make no money on this shop. " the owner stole from me. Now I have a box for two subs with only one speaker inside.

This is my 2nd visit to Galaxy Auto and I can say as always I am very satisfied with the body work done to my vehicle. My car looks brand new every time I take it to Galaxy.
Josh and his Dad are very kind and very professional works with ins urance company, no hassles with Galaxy. Love their work and I will definitely return if my car is in need of any body work. Very hard working staff they also do car stereo and other installations. Choose Galaxy you cannot go wrong they are the best. My entire family goes to Galaxy, we are all very happy with our results.

The Owner of Galaxy Autosound is Awesome, very respectful, has amazing prices wonderful service and sound. If you're in the area and need to have an Alarm System or Stereo system installed then "Galaxy Autosound" is your go to place.

I had my windows tinted, but it was un -even and wrinkled tint, when I called back to complain they said that they didn't have time they said that they would call me back but they never did call back. Very rude owner, I don't recommend this place this place looked unorganized.on top of that it took almost 6 hours.

Great service and a quality installation. The staff and owners were knowledgeable. I came in with my own subwoofer and pair of speakers. They sold me an amplifier and head unit at a great price. They installed all my equipment and I was out the door bumping. I had left another shop before coming to Galaxy. The other shop was trying to sell me discount equipment for the price of premium stuff. No thank you. Went to galaxy and left with better equipment and a lower quote than the other place. Highly recommend.

They take about 6+ hours to get the job done and the system doesn’t work well I have been there four times in two weeks terrible customer service and they obviously don’t know what they’re doing

Called for a subwoofer installation and was given a modest price. The subwoofer was installed without a hitch in less than 2 hours! Very fast service, and Ofer was a pleasure to do business with. Just another happy customer!

Worst customer service ever! I saw the great reviews about this place and I really wanted to give my business. I bought a head unit, I did all the wiring but I didn't feel comfortable trying to install the constant power wire to the battery. I needed help, so I tried to explain my situation. I was willing to have them install the unit, I wanted to try to schedule a appointment, but the person I spoke to wasn't having any of it. It seemed like he was too busy to answer my questions. He said that to call back when I really knew what I wanted.

They installed 2 12s in my 1999 Range Rover. I was happy with the price and happier with the experience! Will definitely be back. Thanks O!
