Galaxy installed our Sunsetter awning in an excellent professional manner. We’re very happy with the results.

We used Galaxy Draperies referred by Costco. It took us a year to finish the work. The are the most incompetent people I have ever worked with. The best thing about the company is Elizabeth, she is very hard working and very nice. If you need draperies, look somewhere else.

The only thing I would do differently: should have ordered shades for all our windows, we were caught up with not spending too much, but after shades were installed and they were everything we expected and more, we knew it was foolish to not have invested on doing all our windows. We have since orderd additional shades. Highly recommend.

Galaxy Drappieres has great quality drapies. They came out and fixed the drapes that were still under warranty. The track was still under warranty. They will make custom blinds for you. Miguel was very professional in fixing my blinds. He also showed some techniques to keep my blinds and better condition and help them last a longer time.

First off, this company is kind, friendly, helpful and most patient across the board. First lines of communication w Carol, Crystal, Theresa, Cindy, Roxie and Jenna were so welcoming when you first make contact. Our consultant, Rayven was wonderful! She never once complained about our messy house or our noisy dog. Our installer, Evan was so kind and had the best manners! When Evan came to install, Rayven stopped by to make sure everything was what we wanted. Evan was great, Rayven was great and our shades our wonderful! Yay for GALAXY DRAPERIES!

We came to Galaxy through CostCo. Our experience has been great-every person in every job is very professional as well as extremely nice and helpful. We got blackout blinds for our BR. They work,!

My experience with Galaxy was a result of Costco Referral for a shade repair. I was asked to provide $175.00 upfront to come out & repair my shade. The tech came & after 10 minutes stated the shade needed a "Clutch" which he didn't have & would order. I had to make several calls to Krista, Project Mgr.to get the info that Graber did not have any record of my purchase. I informed her again that I purchased the shades thru Costco. I was then told to maybe ship the shade to Graber or buy a NEW shade from them. Galaxy would then charge another fee of $99 to hang it. I have since resolved the issue from a Shade/Blinds company that found a "Clutch" & installed it for much less than Galaxy. I let Costco know of my disappointment.

Their team was very professional, informative, hey and responsive from design, installation to getting the one shade replaced we had an issue with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing new window coverings.

I met with Matt Baker with a general idea of what we were trying to accomplish (enclosing our patio to keep the critters out), and he recommended the perfect solution: motorized solar shades by Insolroll driven by Lutron.
