It was good. Staff seem careless. Place smells like a casino. Would go somewhere else next time.
All we got in porterville.they do a good job but could have more staff at ticket and concession counters during peak times but otherwise they do a good job.wish they took suggestions for throwback cinema and advertised them better.nice to go and see a classic instead of today's woke trash.

Good service, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean, the candy store area is quite good.
Waited 10 minutes to get a popcorn refill without being acknowledged. The waiting isn't necessarily the biggest issue. Having more than one employee walk over near the line for refills and pretending they don't see you is.
Be GREAT if they put Chairs like TULARE! Seating here is like being on a Bus or Airplane! Would be 5 Stars!
