Galt Mobile Estates

First of all, I lived here for all of 3 months only due to the fact that the rent is almost $1000/month and they have 0 amenities! No swimming pool, they have a club house that tenants can RENT out. It’s not free to tenants, you have to pay HOURLY. There is a rinky dink play structure that kids are bored with after 5 minutes, and a dog park the size of a shoebox. The common areas are unkept, this is due to lazy, unmotivated management that does NOTHING in the park but write citations for the smallest infractions (like leaving your hose unwound while a sprinkler is on it to water your lawn) and gossip about trailer park nonsense, and sit on their butts and smoke thousands of cigarettes. No maintenance, no upkeep because they don’t care (it shows by the way they keep their lawn and porch) I advise anyone looking for a mobile park to steer clear of this one! 0 out of 5 stars for the management, 1 out of 5 stars for the park itself.

This place is AWFUL! Management is THE WORST. I caught the manager Shawna Shavers red handed stealing out of my shed! She stole dewalt tools, and a weedwacker. She also had my truck towed for parking in an area that wasn’t marked “permit parking only” and I had to pay $1500 to get it out of the tow yard. I think the management are drug addicts, I see them up at all hours of the night doing odd things like looking in the street gutters for AA batteries at 3 am. They fight terribly loud, I could hear them from my house which was around the corner. He may even be physically abusive because I saw her with a bruise on her face after hearing them screaming at each other. She is so rude, has a terrible attitude, 0 customer service skills and she will slander your business to all of your neighbors so unprofessional.

Nice campground for long term campers. It was night time so I could not see the entire area very well.

If i could rate a 0 I would.this places management is HORRIBLE AND RUDE SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! HER AND HER HUSBAND RUDE PEOPLE.
