Game Time Strength GTS - El Segundo

I've been a career competitive rowing coach for the last 27 years, I've worked with many great strength coaches and worked inside many strength training facilities. GTS is a well run and professional organization with coaches who are experienced, educated, and absolutely know what they are doing. In my case they have been very patient with an older guy trying to claw back into some semblance of strength and mobility. The facilities are well equipped and the training is well thought out and organized. I will continue to train here indefinitely.
