Im very upset at the fact that its 2022 and they don’t understand that gamer girls like me can work there such a shame they lost a really good costumer

able to get a hard to find game (Arkane Collection).

Every single time I called I’ve never got them to answer their phones. So, f it, I’ll go to the store. Look up what time they close, 9 o clock, cool I have time to go before it closes. We get there an hour before it closes aaaaand there are guys talking at the cash register having fun. I look at the store hours on window and it says 9 o clock. But they have the metal gates down and are closed already. I seriously thought maybe it’s going out of business. Went back middle of the day the next day and it’s open. Although they are nice, I really do believe this location has very very very lazy employees.

These guys at this location are absolutely the coolest and knowledgeable guys out of all the Game stops in my honest opinion that's why I make sure I stop buy everytime I'm in Pico they always try to help you find your gaming pleasures and suggest games that you will actually enjoy instead of waste money on. Walked in ready to buy. No greetings, the two employees are just talking to each other and never acknowledged us in the store. Ended up just leaving as to not interrupt their conversation.

Worst GameStop for pre orders. They’ll sell it if someone orders it online even though you paid it off in full months before release. Idiots

Gamestop has changed a lot for me. This one look more empty since the last time I've been there They didn't have the switch game i was looking for. When i checked the app there was no store near me that had it and the other was completely unavailable. I ended up ordering my games off Amazon. My friend found some games he wanted though. Gamestop used to be my go to spot because i love buying used games or preordering what i want. Staff is friendly, most of the time you get employees that know a lot about games. Other times you question if they even play games because they look at you confused. Being a gamer myself for 25 years.that can be quite frustrating.

They don't honor advertised prices. Was told to order online then pickup in an hour.yea no. Went to Walmart instead.

A very friendly and knowledge staff works here. Good customer service melds with people who love their gaming to create a good shopping experience.

Ive never reviewed before but I've been a customer since gamestop started. Best place to find the games you dont find in most stores. Being able to trade in games for store credit is also great.

Other than waiting in line for a bit, I'm pleased with the service received. Picked up Crash bandicoot today, can't wait to play.

It gives you fake or innacurate information, it was 3: 20pm when I searched this location and it said it was open and that it closes at 6pm, when I arrived at my destination the store was closed, I wasted my time, and my gasoline.

I will say this review is based on the animal crossing debacle and the lack of inability to answer a freaking phone call for four solid days. I pre ordered a good 30 days early, actual 2 pre orders. I I was worried that GameStop would close before the release date and tried calling multiple times to get an answer. I then heard and found out after calling other multiple GameStops that they actually were releasing it a day early due to possible closures on the release date. I went down there and stood in line with other people who also knew that animal crossing was coming out that day. Just to be told that we would not be able to get it and would have to come back tomorrow. I explained to the gentleman there that all gamestops are releasing today he stated he had just spoken with his manager and was told not to. I ended up getting a refund for both of the games and then try to find other game stops to get the game with noa avail decided to go digital for both. This happened at 8 p.m. It is important for stores to pick up their phones so this way when other managers from other gamestops are trying to call you to let you know that you clearly did not get the memo that you need to be doing your job correctly. I'm beyond irritated upset frustrated and will never ever pre-order at a GameStop again.
