Been shopping here for 20 years. The staff are super helpful and informative. They always confirm when an item is available or unavailable. Easily my favorite place to shop for video games or other cosmetic items. I highly recommend it once. You'll enjoy shopping here.

They gave my Customer Pickup order to someone else who wasn’t me. They clearly don’t check IDs, so beware! Associate and manager weren’t very helpful other than telling me to “call corporate for a refund”.

The staff is always nice and helpful even if Game Stops not always the cheapest but I enjoy going here nonetheless because the people who work here are knowledgeable and like doing what they're doing. I do manage some good deals once in too. So. Paying full price with knowledgable friendly staff makes this place a win.

Great place for all my games, and GameStop was first to have PS5 available yesterday as great bundle deal. I was able to get snag one, no issues. Thank you GameStop, you saved this late Xmas shopper with this item.

Service is terrible. Associates don't care about their jobs. Unknowledgeable. Don't even know release dates for upcoming titles. Clearly disgruntled.

Worst customer service in a game stop. I had a return with a receipt a day after I bought the item. Item was unopened in mint condition. Employee refused to return item, said that they were the manager and had final decision on returns. He stated that each store has different return policies. Same day went a different Game stop, got money back no problem. Parking is also terrible, lots of shady characters asking for cash hanging around. Really unpleasant experience. Avoid this Game stop location, any other location will be way better.

I think it is unfair that a customer such as myself preorders a game months before and pays it full price, but still wasn't able to pick up the game on launch night because I did not have my reciet even though it's in the system and paid for.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with GameStop for about 3 days now. I had purchased a Nintendo switch bundle from them and never got my case for it. I do not live in town so I can’t just walk on in. Every time I call it always say the same thing “sorry all store associates are busy at the moment”!

Always well stocked, employees are helpful and friendly but not pushy. I always enjoy going in
