Worst employees waste my time saying they have product in stock double triple checked with them before driving 2 hours to find out they haven't had product in weeks. Unbelievable

Your average gamestop with some helpful needs and such but not the best selection of items.

Brooks, the store manager, is awesome. He helped us resolve an issue we had with an online order. He was patient and really went the extra mile to make sure my son got the game he wanted. Brooks always offers great advice on games and points out any relevant sales or opportunities to enhance the experience.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel welcome coming here and they have a great section for being in a small space.

Store will scam u out of hundreds of dollars by not allowing returns and their employees do no bother to tell u about the hidden 7 day window when the recipt says 30 better off going to best buy or Amazon least u can get returns there.

Best place to buy new joysticks like Xbox carbon black core controller (newest) has Bluetooth for PC too. No lag. Friendly staff

Good selection and prices of games. Easy to order online. Easy to return (with insurance) if ordered item is damaged or broken. Not giving 5 stars because staff - lady with oily pink hair - is not pleasant. She's the stereoypical gamer-looking chick that hates the world. Zero smiles nor greets nor f*cks given. She needs to tho because she works in customer service and she's paid to be nice and friendly to customers. She should quit the job if she hates it so much. Will buy from GS if I don't have to see her again.

I recently traded in my switch for the animal crossing new horizons themed switch (which is a come up for me) and one of the employees, named Devonte at the vista location helped me switch over all profiles and went above expectations by helping transfer all my saved data on certain games as well. Spoke to Rico over the phone finally when the whole day I was calling and nobody was answering they seem very unprofessional and just put you on hold so you can hang up glad there’s other places I can buy my gaming accessories never going to GameStop again

I've had some really negative experiences with the retail associates who work at the El Camino North location, so I thought I would try coming to this spot and it was definitely worth it. The girl at the desk (forgot her name sadly, I remember she had blue hair) was super nice and knowledgeable. I know that GameStop forces their employees to try and upsell things and push memberships, but she was very polite throughout. I'm so used to being harassed about promos by the clerks at the El Camino store that it was honestly a really pleasant surprise. If I ever need to go to a GameStop again, I will definitely be heading to this one.

The employee was super nice and helpful. Instead "no, sorry we are out stock". She searched and was able to located and begin the process of what I was shopping delivered to where I live.

I rode in to the gamestop to pick up a new controller. Dante was very professional and friendly during checkout. Sold me on the warranty and wasn't super pushy with getting me to sign up for rewards (Which I did since it didn't feel forced.)
I did not get the other checkers name but she was friendly and welcoming as well. Wonderful experience today.
