Found everything I needed for the gaming stuff I was planning. Video games mind you. Great store

I called the day prior and asked if i could trade in a ps5 bundle game for a different one and i was told i could swap it out for something else full price and when i came in the next day they said i couldn't do it

Iffy service. The store lead Rory was super helpful but the other was extremely rude, to the point I had to tell her to calm down as she was yelling at me over a warrenty exchange. If there was anywhere within twice the distance I would happily drive the 2 hours to not deal with her

The male worker with the dark long hair is extremely rude. I was surprised at the way he spoke to me and other customers. Also, he was not wearing his mask properly which is concerning.

Friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. They're good about keeping us up to date on upcoming releases and keep the shelves stocked on the newest games and collectibles.

Friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful. The only downside is damn are the prices up there lol

Their staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable about games. They have just about everything you could want as far as gaming is concerned at their store. My son is a gamer and goes in there quite a bit and their staff is always very helpful in answering all of his questions as far as gaming is concerned and questions about games. They will also give you a very fair price if you want to sell your games.

Kat was super friendly, I normally don't buy warranties but she sold me on its value. Great shopping experience. Gamestop is lucky to have her.

Absolutely spot-on customer service. Friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE staff who really walked my through my process for buying a new console. They wanted to understand the genre of games I regularly played to best recommend a system with an adequate supply. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I have been in the store for 35 minutes so far. I have been in line the whole time waiting while the only employee is running between the back and the counter helping the guy first in line. I'm 3rd in line right now. The employee is going between answering the phone and helping the guy at the counter. Hire more people

Nice people. But when they had a buy 2 get 2 free sale on old gen games, they forgot to put the disks in my 2 free games. I bought them on my way out of town so i couldnt go back. Nice people though

Since the online website wasn't working I called and asked to hold the last switch lite as well as a screen saver as I live 12 minutes away I thought Steven who told me he'd hold it would be more than capable. In the 12 minutes it took me to arrive they sold both items I'd asked for to another customer who wasn't even ready with payment at the time of my arrival. No offer to fix the mistake was made

The huge sign out front says cash for phones but make sure you call first and find out if they take your phones otherwise there's a good chance you'll waste your time.
