Aside from the fact it says it closes at 8pm & it’s 7: 40pm & they’re closed. I just wasted gas coming back to a place that’s selling faulty PS5 controllers. Now on my 3rd controller & caught in a cycle of having to keep paying insurance price to get a new faulty controller.

I don't shop here often it's mostly for my kids and the other big kid (aka my husband)

I like it here! But there are a lot of homeless that pass by outside: [ Its alright and I understand but its a lil intimidating

My friendly neighborhood Game Stop. I should definitely pay for the membership, my babygirl loves her video games. The workers are super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We came on Black Friday and I think we got a deal, not sure honestly. Good place to go with a large selection of games and collectors' stuff

DONT PAY WITH GLORIA SHE LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING AND SAYS EVERYTHING WRONG (DOESN'T GIVE THE RIGHT PRODUCT OR CARE OR RIGHT IFORMATION OF THE PRODUCT CORRECTLY) after the 3rd time she doing this i had to write a review and warned every one. And a seen when she messes up she doesn't give the customer their receipt. All other workers are good but don't pay with her IF YOU BUYING IMPORTAN PRODUCTS And just to avoid her when buying large sales. RIGHT NOW SHE HAS brown/blonde hair with glasses MAYBE she mix Latina since she spoke Spanish.

Nothing against the employees, they're just doing their job and they do it well. It's corporate policy I'm against. Almost every other big retailer will give you 30 days to return an item if you're not satisfied, well not gamestop. I couldn't get a full refund for a game I bought only a week and a half ago which I only used once and didn't like it. They were only offering to give me back $17 from the $65 I payed. There's a reason why this company is going downhill they don't care about their customers!

I just went in to get Pokemon cards. It was a very friendly experience. The cashier at the register, Darren, was super cool. He played along where he chose the pack of cards for me and I got Granbull V card from it. Recommend letting Darren choose your pokemon card pack.

Very good service. Not a very long wait time. I picked up a console, no hassle very easy. The staff member was very friendly and made the pick up super easy. Definitely recommend this location for buying any video game related needs. One of the best GameStops

So i bought a head set right and that headset had 2 prices right 1 said 14.99 and the other one was 7.99 i dont. Think its fair that you guys charge extra money
