4Just went in 5 minutes till closing and Robert greeted me and made me feel better for coming in late. Which is rare. Anyone everywhere would give you attitude and be very rude. He gave me his full divided attention and talked about a bunch of games. My father once told me find a job you love so you don't have to work a day in your life. And that is Robert in anderson Gamestop. This man needs a raise. Thank you Robert because of you I will be back for more.
Robert, the employee that assisted me, has a great personality and helped me with my purchase. The store was clean.
Horrible service. The "Manager" of the store Sabrina has absolutely horrid costumer service. When asked to speak with someone higher up she stated, " oh no were not doing this. " Extremely rude, unprofessional and seemed to be floating on some gamestop manager power trip! I would not recommend going to this location.
